- JRJason RussellAug 6, 20261.0This used to be such a good place to stop and fill up and get food or snacks. But over the last year it just keeps getting worse and worse. Staff are pretty decent, but the state of the facilities there are ridiculous. Nine times out of 10 when you go there two or three of the four coffee makers don't work, ice machines are broken, most of the time the big new coffee bar doesn't work properly, their donut case is disgusting, it looks like they try to keep it clean but it is so old and in disrepair that it looks awful, and it no longer has any ventilation or refrigeration so the donuts just sit in there and sweat and most of the time are wet if you try to buy one. Went there today and half of their gas pumps were out of order, and they only had regular unleaded no mid grade or premium. For a station in that prime of a location that does that much business you would think they would make a little more effort at keeping things functional. I also still to this day don't understand why they refuse to make any premade breakfast that is not sausage. I've asked them repeatedly about putting out ham and bacon sandwiches and they refuse to do it. One assistant manager even tried to tell me they don't do it because Ham and Bacon doesn't keep as long in the warmer which is absolutely false. I've owned a restaurant for years and that is definitely not the case. And then he told me well you can always order one to go, so I did that, and it took me 18 minutes to get my sandwich. Just not the same as being able to walk in and grab a sandwich and go. They really need to figure things out or somebody else is gonna come along and steal all their business....

This location is extremely neglected by corporate that does not deserve the staff they have working here. Their gas pumps leak and mostly are down due to card readers or some other issue that usually is unknown to customers. There are bags on the diesel pumps constantly to where you have to travel at a different station to get diesel. It's so sad for this station to be neglected the way it is. I really do hope there can be changes to this station because of how wonderful the staff is, but just shows how corporate doesn't care about our community nor the staff that has to run this station. Many people count on getting gas no matter what fuel it is, and it's unfortunate how neglected this station is. From the bathrooms to the coolers to the staff to the pumps. There is entirely way to many appliances down at this store. Nothing is getting fixed. What is there being done by corporate??? NOTHING!!! Corporate, SHAME ON YOU!!!
- JPJudy PearsonJul 19, 20265.0Whole place clean, all put up, impressed! Told gal working I appreciate the appearance and service. Coffee is an automatic for me. Donuts are awesome. And hot dogs! I actually crave them from time to time. Gas was lowest price for miles I drove.
- BVB ValesJul 14, 20263.0The staff is pretty much consistent however the store is disgustingly filthy I don't know why they do all these upgrades when the store is continuously falling apart they put in a coffee bar that is never 100% active the bathrooms are disgusting they definitely need to do an internal audit of their maintenance I'm pretty sure that's what happens though when you have so many different staff members floating around it's kind of like a free-for-all there's no accountability or consistency when it comes to cleaning and upkeep of the store
