Went to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 silverado 2500 hd When they did the tire rotation they simply moved front to back and back to front ..this is not correct for my vehicle. It should be back to front and front crossed to back. When I Inquired about it I was yelled at and told I was wrong and they would not offer to do it the correct way. After leaving dealership and on my way home warning lights indicating low tire pressure starting lighting up. There was less than 50 psi in rear tires which require 70. The last time I had oil change and tire rotation by the time I got home I was missing a hub cover and when I called to let them know they told me I must have lost it. This truck has less than 40k miles on it and the air conditioner has gone out supposeably was fixed and still doesn't work properly..they removed my dash and put large scratches in it. The transmission has gone out which took 7 weeks to repair. We also bought extended warranty which clearly covers key fob but when I needed one replaced I was told it wasn't covered and had to pay around 500 to replace it..the finance manager that sold us the warranty was very very very rude and disrespectful. He would not even read the warranty when I displayed it for him. I try to be understanding but it makes it difficult when you are treated with such disrespect. Would love to see if this gets a reaction or response as other attempts have not been responded to in the past. Thanks for your time....update...Chris the service manager at union has reached out and reimbursed me for the key fob and has addressed some of the other issues. Thanks Chris

I should have gave this review a few months ago. But I went in to look at a van. Normally I wouldn't buy the one they had but it had low miles and was clean. Ok so we look it over and test drive it. I then ask for a pre purchase inspection. They told me no because they had someone else after me. So I told them I was going to the bank so I could leave. When in reality I had no intention of coming back. No pre purchase inspection, no sale. I have a right to know what I'm buying. A pre purchase inspection is cheap insurance. So if you want a pre purchase inspection don't go here. I'm glad I waited because I got excatly what I wanted for cheaper and less miles.

This dealer is like all dealers these days they lo ball you on the trade in price and say your car is this and that and the truth is they do not want anyone's trade in vehicle even if it is in mint condition I was offered and offer 40% below the value of the car then they want to stick it to you on the car you want to buy .I bought a new camaro LT1 from treaty Chevrolet in set. 2022 and I used to think they were a fair and honest dealer but not anymore and the salesman I talked to on the phone named John was rude and very negative I will never buy a car from treaty again so your New corvette can stay on the showroom floor..

Purchased a Traverse a few months back from your dealership. Dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday to have my battery alert addressed. Was told I could pick it up until 6 on Thursday. It was fixed. No one was in service at 5:10. The man who sold me my vehicle let me sign for the keys. Friday afternoon I received a Diagnostic alert on my phone that my battery was low. Same alert I received many times before "getting it fixed". Left a message with someone in service Friday afternoon because no one answered the phone between 3 and 4. Was trying to set up a new time to bring the vehicle back in. Still waiting for a return call.
