Very disappointed with my experience with this Ford service department. Communication was terrible from start to finish. I rarely received updates, calls were not returned, and even after requesting to speak with the service manager, nobody ever contacted me. What upset me the most was that they performed over $500 in repairs without my approval. I specifically requested the full strut assembly be replaced, and the quote even stated full assembly replacement, but they only replaced the shocks instead. That is not what I approved or paid for. After spending over $3,000 and being without my vehicle for two weeks, I expected much better service and professionalism. The department feels understaffed, poorly managed, and disorganized. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

We just bought a new Silverado 2500 from Jim Trenary in Troy. We had an awesome experience with our salesperson Josh and absolutely love the truck! Best new car salesperson we have ever had. Super knowledgeable. Highly recommend you ask for Josh when you walk in the door.

It amazes me that they have a four-star rating. This may be for their sales department, which I will agree are pretty good. However, when it comes to maintenance they do anything they can to get out of actually doing their job and fixing the issue if it's on a warranty. I took my truck in multiple times for issues that were within the warranty. They continue to tell me there was nothing wrong. Then bam need a new transmission. Bam do transmissions acting bad and they don't want to adhere taking care of customers. Highway suggest no one ever goes there to get their vehicle worked on or honestly even buys a vehicle from them because they just don't give a damn about their customers.

If I could give negative stars I would! We brought our truck in to the service department for an engine light that came on. They told us the truck would be finished in a couple days. My husband called to check the status after those two days and they kept saying “it’s on the rack or we are waiting on the part”. For almost a week they had our truck so my husband decided to go in and talk to someone in person to check on the status. They told my husband it was up on the racks and being worked on. My husband called them out on their lie since our truck was in the parking lot and he saw it when he pulled in. We finally got our truck back and in less that 48 hours the engine light came back on. Again they had me drop off the truck charged me more diagnostics and said it was a different problem and they had the part and would be finished by Wednesday of this week. I called on Wednesday to check the status and long and behold they lied yet again! The rude lady on the phone told me the had to wait for the part to be ordered and it would be done by end of day Thursday. Here we are Thursday and SURPRISE!!!! The truck won’t be finished and they are hoping for tomorrow by end of day. This shop is absolutely ridiculous and shady! They lie to their customers instead of being genuine and honest. It would not surprise me if they are the reason my engine light came back on because they didn’t do their jobs in the first place.

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with went on a trip for two weeks dropped my truck off to have camera and blind spot sensors fixed under warranty had my truck for 2 weeks and didn’t do what I wanted and a high torque impact was missing. Went on another trip for a week they promised they’d have me fixed up and when I call to pick up my truck nothing is done they said they’re still waiting on extended warranty so I call my extended warranty to see what’s up and turns out dealer hasn’t even attempted to call on my truck.
