    Car I reserved was not available, having to drive 40 minutes to pick a car up reserved it a month prior. Second time this has happened. Employee did what he could finally got the vehicle at a second location I had to drive to 40 minutes away. Took 5 hours to get the rental I reserved and that’s only because a reservation didn’t pick up. Seems like all the vehicles are on recall or something. Don’t confirm a reservation if you can’t deliver. Didn’t get a discount or anything for my inconvenience. And this isn’t the first time. Not a lot of car rental companies around though so ……..

    The car was clean and ready. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in prior to pickup makes the pickup process quick and easy.

    The staff here at the Troy location is amazing. I have rented with them regularly for the past 2 years, and they have never disappointed. Great staff and amazing team. And shout out to Brandon who is the new manager at the Troy location, keep up the good work👍
