The latter was a bit low, so they filled it (it was under a quart, so they didn't charge). They guided my car safely into the work area, and then back out again after everything was checked.

- LMLiz McCaneMay 4, 20262.0Two things. My check tire light was on when I got to the station and I checked with the attendants - twice - to be sure they filled the tires. The light came right back on and yes, I cancelled it several times. Second, I let the attendant know before they began that I had a coupon. She rang up the bill before looking at the coupon and said she couldn't honor it after ringing it up. I'll go someplace else next time.

This particular location in Sunset Hills is always very professional, courteous, and efficient, but Saturday was exceptional. Everyone that helped me was kind, and the woman that seemed to be the manager is what really put it over the top. (Meg, maybe?) Super friendly and personable, observant, and just fantastic in general. I left that location with a new oil change and a great mood!
- PSPhilip StephensMay 2, 20262.0TLDR: Pretty inexcusable bad oil change & tire rotation experience. Covered the entire front of my truck with oil!!! Hit the wipers not knowing it was oil, ALMOST WRECKED MY WORK TRUCK! Spent 45 minutes cleaning the oil just to safely continue my day. Rotated the tires, didn't reset the tpms, so they were messed up. Shouldn't "professionals" know what they are doing BEFORE they begin? Returned later to report the issue, not a great response. Will not recommend this location personally. Good luck to those who use them!
