  Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed in the service at this location (10229 Watson Rd.). The oil change may have been 15min once I was finally being worked on, but from the time I entered the garage to the time I left, it was about an hour. They can fit 4 cars in the garage but they only work on the front two. Aside from getting my information nothing was done to my car before moving up in the front spot. I’ve been to other Valvolines (Ellisville) and from the moment you enter the garage, you’re out in 15-20min. The staff was very nice at the Watson Rd location, but it was extremely slow. Also I wanted to point out that I knew about my headlight being out but none of the workers noticed or asked if I wanted to fix it. Instead of wasting more of my time, I decided not to mention it and repair it myself later on.

  Great experience! My check engine light was on and the staff went above and beyond to answer questions and even made a call to a full service shop for me with recommendations about going on a 500 mile road trip vs renting a car. Since I have no car knowledge, they helped make me feel comfortable with making a safe decision before my trip. My only complaint was the wait was longer than usual to begin the oil change compared to my past experiences at valvoline.

  This place has been going down hill for years. Ever time it appears to get better it sinks. They cannot keep anyone employed. This past week they had only four employees one day for more than an hour wait. On a recent Saturday and Sunday there were only three people. They alert you but say it’s shorter time than it really is. Once in line you are screwed. I was an hour and 15 minutes - what happened to “instant” oil change. Attitudes are horrible. Everyone hates their job. One female manager is great but no way she can turn this place. I would avoid at all cost!!!

  Exemplary service especially considering they were short staffed. Kate and Bre were professional, friendly and amazing. Top notch service! I have had service with Kate at a previous visit as well and remembered her from her top notch above and beyond service at that visit as well.

  I came about a month ago and they didn’t have the oil my car needed. I tried multiple times to return and get the oil change and the line is often several cars deep. This week I had the time to get it done but I was there for over an hour. The all female team is fantastic and I try to go there as often as I can. The wait is the only thing that makes it difficult to give a full 5 stars.
