- LOLauren O'BrienMay 13, 20264.0I got a call back from management and I believe the situation has been resolved thank you for your understanding and willingness to resolve the issue. Did a good job on my car but terrible professionalism. I’m not sure who was on the phone but the employees were speaking super rude to them and laughing and smirking right in front of me and another customer. I understand people can be frustrating to deal with in customer service jobs but making fun of people especially in front of other customers is cruel and should not be acceptable. I don’t think me or my family will ever be coming back here for this reason but I hope management can get a grip on that because that kind of behavior by adults is insane.

While she was on a call, there were only 2 technicians working. They were floating between the garage and front desk to check people in.
