    I wouldn't bother with this location. waited for 2 hrs just to have tires installed. the 2 here kept stopping and chatting with each other and there was an extra FEE's on my bill not listed. the math didn't add up

    Such a frustrating experience do not recommend booking an appointment here. I had an appointment for 230. I literally called. They transferred you to a call Center. I also talked to the Store that confirmed my appointment. It’s on a Sunday I go out of town the next day. I already have so much other stuff to do a waste of time going up there. I get there and he says we can’t take you today. I said literally I have an appointment. What do you mean? Well, we still have four ahead of you. We close at five. Why in the heck would you book an appointment for me then? Such a frustrating experience. 😠

    Tried to call and ask about a service and was hung up on because I don't know all of the tire brands and the employee was too lazy to use the computer. Shame you lost a customer.

    Very friendly staff, efficient and happy to squeeze me in without an appointment. Easy to work with, they don’t try to upsell and they’re always willing to show you the issue/part that needs replaced.
