  I was able to drop my jeep off, got a call within 30 minutes saying what I needed done, the price was fair and they changed all four brake pads and rotors along with my axle boot all by 5PM. Great service!

  A very well run operation! Very helpful and very professional. Ryan, who is the manager of the operation, does a excellent job keeping everything running smoothly and delivering excellent customer service!

  Fantastic crew!!!! Stopped in with no appointment for tire pressure/nail. Severe storm coming in, they were awesome to take care of me so I could make it home before the storm. Very rare to find that anywhere, amazing service and crew.

  The front desk clerk was extremely nice and attempted to help my daughter when her car suddenly overheated. That being said, I paid $1,500 for them to fix a coolant leak and 15 minutes into driving the car home it overheated again and the coolant reservoir was completely empty. So nothing was fixed, I was broken down on the side of 270, and had to get it towed.

  We had excellent customer service and experience at Dobbs Sunset Hills with Ryan helping us. I had a flat tire and along with that disaster. My doughnut only took me a block and it was flat! Needless to say I was quite stressed and feeling overwhelmed. Ryan was knowledgeable about products and helped us decide on which Brand of tire we should choose. He efficiently got our tire put on our rim and goddess on our way on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly quick time. My husband is going to be in a need of four new tires and we will most definitely Dobbs as our first choice when we go and look to replace them. With Customer Service, being so hard to find nowadays from restaurants to retail chain stores to you name it it was a wonderful and thankful surprise to be serviced by Ryan, and such a professional, calming, knowledgeable way!
