  Awful. Through and through. Will not be giving my business to any Dobb’s location going forward. Made an appointment for two tires and an alignment three days in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time of my appointment, and was told my tires were still hours away in another state, not even in transit. Four and a half hours later, the tires arrived. Four more hours after that, they called me to tell me, “The technician doesn’t feel comfortable” pulling my car onto the alignment rack. He told me, “I tried to get my other technician to do it, but he was busy and IT WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE END OF THE DAY” My appointment was at 8:00am. I was called at 5:30 (30 minutes before the shop closes) that they could not complete the alignment and asked me to bring my car back in days later for them to complete it. Needless to say, I did not return. I arrived to pick up my car, and noticed they had badly balanced one of the two tires they spent 4 hours mounting. I took it to a different tire shop the very next day. They properly balanced my tire and did an alignment for me with no issues in less than 90 minutes. I wish I could rate less than zero stars. Utterly ridiculous. Certified technicians that are too scared to drive cars and so incompetent, they cannot mount and balance two tires properly, even while taking four hours. Not to mention the tires not even being at the shop when the work was scheduled to be completed.

  I asked to have my windshield fluid refilled along with the other work. The gal wrote it on the ticket and said they usually do that anyway. It was not done. Seems to me Dobbs is not as good as it used to be.

  Poor customer service. I had to return the next day to ask for a printed copy of my receipt because the manager failed to email to me as he promised. The manager on duty today just printed the receipt, handed it to me and said “Here you go.” No apology for the error or inconvenience.

  Amazing and quick service! I walked in to this location with no appointment as I had a tire that was going flat as I exited the interstate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in changing my tire, even though they were closing within the hour. I was in and out within 30 minutes! 10/10 recommend this location!
