Arrived at 10:18 with 2 vehicles in the building and a vehicle that pulled in with me , the vehicle that pulled in with me wouldn't pick a lane so I chose the right lane and they chose the left . At 10:55 I was told the old man was complaining he was there first and wanted me and the 2 vehicles behind us to move so he could go next . So my 4 year old daughter and I were asked to move so this cranky old man could get in the bay first. After another 15 minutes of waiting my daughter needed to use the bathroom and the first truck still showed no signs of leaving so I ended up leaving at 11:10 . 52 minute wait to get deprioritized by an old cranky man. I would advise not using this location.

If I could give a neg 20 stars I would but full service means that you check everything front diff rear diff and transfer plus grease the fitting. Add oil , filter check fluids. Wipers and not leave the lights on. This was the worst service from them since the new owners took over.
