  Josh was fantastic. Had some issues with a previous location in Texas and were on a road trip and he took complete care of us. Was very attentive, informative, and kind. If I lived here I’d request him every single time.

  Mike was awesome. Showed me everything that was being replaced or checked, was polite and professional. I've been going to this location for years, always had a great experience.

  The wait was over an hour with 2 cars in front of me because they only had one bay open. When I was finally motioned to pull into the bay the guy was busy looking the other way and vaping instead of guiding me over the pit. Someone else came over and changed my oil while the guy who I assume should've been working the other bay stood around or leaned on my fender puffing on his vape. Not impressed with the new employees or ownership and wont be back.

  It took over 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. There were 6 people working plus 2 visiting managers, who seemed like regionals of some sort. There were only 4 cars in line when I arrived. It took forever to get in. The lady in front of me seemed mostly interested in flirting with the crew and then had to try 3 different cards to pay her bill. Once inside with my car, the guy doing the work on my car was obviously in training, couldn’t get my oil filter out without help and seemed generally disinterested in me or my car. His manager, while present, was lacking in any customer service skills. I was a second late telling him I had a coupon and he made no effort to go back and let me use it! $147 later, This was a horrible experience and my last.
