  It is with considerable concern that I must bring to your attention a critical lapse in hygiene protocols observed tonight, approximately at 22:00, within shower unit 1 (associated with guest accommodations 248/249). During this time, I witnessed a member of your cleaning staff attending to the unit without the use of appropriate disinfectants or protective gloves. More alarmingly, soiled towels that appeared to have been retrieved directly from the floor were subsequently used to wipe down various surfaces within the unit. This highly unsanitary approach poses an immediate and significant risk of cross-contamination, potentially jeopardizing the health and safety of your guests. Such practices not only undermine the efforts of your diligent staff but also seriously compromise the reputation of your establishment. This incident is particularly disconcerting when juxtaposed with the exemplary sanitization procedures I witnessed shortly thereafter, around 22:45, in shower unit 3, where a different staff member meticulously followed proper protocols. This stark contrast suggests a potential inconsistency in training adherence or supervision. Given the severity of this observation, I strongly urge an immediate and thorough review of your current cleaning protocols and, critically, a reassessment of your staff training and supervision regarding hygiene standards. Ensuring that all necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectants and gloves, are consistently provided and utilized correctly is paramount to preventing such egregious oversights from recurring. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment is fundamental to guest satisfaction and trust. I trust that this matter will be addressed with the urgency and seriousness it warrants to uphold the high standards expected by your patrons.

  It is always a nice place to stop friendly people good truck stop gifts a little high priced but everyone knows truck drivers make enough money and they are open 24 hours overall a good place to go

  This place is crap...Nothing worked. The restaurant we never did get served walked out after waiting 20 mins or so with 2 waitress's sitting at the counter ... Dont waste Your time here travelers...
