    I purchased a 2022 Peterbilt 579 with a Cummins X15 and 13-speed transmission from TLG Peterbilt for roughly $65,000, and the experience afterward was beyond disappointing. Before taking delivery, I specifically requested multiple repairs and maintenance items to be completed, including replacing the water fuel separator, replacing the A/C high discharge hose, and addressing several other issues we discussed during the sale process. After getting the truck, I discovered that several of the requested repairs were never actually completed. The A/C issue was the most frustrating part. I had clearly requested that the high-pressure discharge hose be replaced because the A/C system was not functioning properly. Instead of replacing the hose like they were supposed to, nothing was properly handled. I ultimately had to take the line elsewhere and have it remade myself just to create an alternate fix instead of replacing the actual hose assembly the correct way. Its a $400 hose that ended up not being available at any KW/Peterbilt dealership Mind you, I had just started driving the truck in the first spring time heatwave. Anyone who drives in Texas knows how brutal that is, especially in a commercial truck with a non-functioning A/C system. Sweating my ass off in a truck I had just spent $65,000 on was not exactly what I expected after being told these issues would be addressed. What makes this worse is that they had the parts, the capability, and every opportunity to make this right before delivery. They knew the A/C wasn’t working properly. They knew I specifically requested the repair. Yet nobody bothered to verify the work, follow up, or make sure the truck was actually ready for the customer who had just handed them a substantial amount of money. Once the paperwork was signed, the communication and accountability disappeared completely. No meaningful follow-up. No ownership of the issue. No effort to make things right afterward. I was the one following up constantly. For owner-operators, downtime and unexpected repairs directly impact our livelihood. This wasn’t some minor inconvenience — this was basic requested repair work that should have been completed before the truck ever left the lot. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing from this dealership physically verify every single repair and get everything documented in writing before taking delivery.

    Josh Green in the parts department went above and beyond to help me research an issue I was having with a component on my truck that was in dispute. I've always had nothing but great service from the tractor and body shop along with the parts department! It is so very appreciated. All around great dealership!     I have been holding off writing this review for a little bit because I am a simple man. I left there shop with the same issue on my truck that it came in for. I Spent a lot of money for nothing. Service manager Daniel and his team should take some Service lessons from some of the others dealerships in town.
