  I’ve been using Valvoline instant oil change for years. This was my first time AND last time at this location. I waited just shy of an hour and a half before they even allowed me to pull my car into the bay. And there were lots of employees staffed- I honestly don’t know what the heck is going on here. I have to be back at work and am now late. DO NOT recommend if you’re on lunch break. Or at all for that matter. By the time I pulled my car out of the bay I was sitting right at two hours. Do better.

  Update: a manager who says he was the owner before Valvoline bought them out called me. His tone was VERY hostile and he bullied throughout the conversation hardly letting me get a word in and DENYING that his personnel could have possibly made a mistake. He was SO condescending and rude the entire time as though he were speaking to one of his own children and not a customer. Even as the conversation ended he was still sounding hostile and rude while uttering words about giving me 20% off my next oil change. I declined the offer. There is NO way that I'm going back there especially now. Save your money- go someplace else. Our family took our chevy Equinox for an oil change. After it was done I noticed that the new oil change sticker didn't have anything printed on it. No big deal because I can just do the math. HOWEVER not long afterwards my car started acting up. Took it to a mechanic and there was NO oil on the dipstick - not even any residue. I will NEVER let anyone in our family bring one of our vehicles there again.

  I always loved coming here for the convenience and savings, but my latest visit was disappointing. I was charged $96 for an oil change on a 2014 Kia Soul—and that was after applying a $20 coupon. ​Be very specific about what you need before they start. They put full synthetic oil in my car without asking for my preference, which added an unexpected $30 to the bill compared to standard oil. Make sure to double-check the pricing and oil type upfront so you don't end up with a surprise total at checkout.

  $25 coupon gets em in the door just so you can upsell and rip em off, right? This was a learning experience for my son who tried to convince me he’d save more than Big O. I’m actually surprised you all didn't also include blinker fluid…

  I pulled in expecting an oil change and drove out wondering if I'd accidentally financed a luxury yacht. My total was $90.10 AFTER a $25 coupon! At this rate, I thought they were changing the oil, rotating the tires, detailing the car, and sending my kids to college. The staff was friendly enough, but that price nearly caused me to need an oil change of my own from all the stress. I appreciate convenience, but convenience shouldn't require taking out a second mortgage. Do yourself a favor: ask for the total before they start. Otherwise, you'll leave with fresh oil, an empty wallet, and a newfound appreciation for learning to change your own oil.
