- JSJames Savala3 days ago5.0The service guys were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will make this my go to location for oil change in the future.
- RLRon LaudelOct 8, 20264.0Good service. Not a real professional interaction from the lead technician: it was fine, not great. Support team was good.
- NMNathan marsalaSep 22, 20262.0The tech seemed more interested in adding things on the ticket for sales than actually servicing what I needed. Put an air filter in that I told him I probably didn't need because I thought I just had it done. After it was installed I found that I had an air filter percentage of 85% and that they never updated it in their computer. He just said oh well we threw it away already. I should have been more demanding to see it than I was. I politely asked to see it and they just threw it away because it's a fleet vehicle. Demand they show you your filters before replacement. I'm glad I do all my own work on my vehicles.
- TCTa'Shon CooperSep 21, 20265.0The staff were warm and welcoming. They got me in and out quickly. Had a small conversation about oil for another car I owned. I will be back. Thank you for the great customer service. They even help me use the coupon I brought in.
