It’s not the tech’s fault; it’s just plastic and they break easily. Well, my check engine light is on now because of it. I started a claim and last week, I spoke with a manager at the location and they agreed to pay to fix it. Now, today, another manager, Eddie, called me and said he doesn’t think it is broken. My mechanic has agreed that it is broken and that is what is causing the code. But Eddie disagrees, so now they are refusing to pay to fix it. Hate to tell Eddie this, but he does not know more than a Fergie’s mechanic.
