  Got oil change a while back and just notice I’m dripping oil and it came back and they fixed everything and found the problem. They were so professional, helpful, and fix the issue!

  Eric and his crew at the Mexico Road location take care of our 3 vehicles. They are so nice and thorough that I will not go anywhere else for our cars maintenance. Your the best!

  If zero were possible, I would. Went in for an oil change and due to them improperly reinstalling a filter, I now have several hundred dollars worth of repairs. There is no accountability and if you raise the issue to corporate have fun wasting over a month to resolve nothing. For your sanity and wallet, go anywhere else

  Melia provided amazing customer service. She explained everything to me well, she made great recommendations, and she even walked me through the reset of my oil service indicator light (my previous Valvoline location did not do this and I had to figure it out myself). She was courteous and really seemed to enjoy her work. This is the first time ever that I have left after an oil change and thought 'that was awesome and actually kind of fun'! This is absolutely my new go-to Valvoline location.
