  Bottom line the work got done! However manager berated his employees in front of customers. I asked for wiper blades and worker asked 1 or 2(weird!) No reminder sticker! Said they ran out.

  Came here for an oil change, and less than a week later I discovered that my car was completely out of oil. I brought it back to Valvoline so they could check the oil level and look for a leak. They confirmed it was out of oil and added 3 quarts, but claimed they could not find any leaks underneath the car. They then charged me $42 to top off the oil. Because I was concerned about where 3 quarts of oil had gone in less than a week, I immediately took the car to another repair shop. They put it on a lift and showed me that the car was actively leaking a significant amount of oil from the oil filter. They determined that the oil filter had not been installed correctly. They replaced the filter and performed another oil change, and the leak was gone. The attached photo was taken at the second repair shop, where they showed me how badly the car was leaking oil. This was after I had just left Valvoline, where I was told there was no leak. I received no refund for the original oil change and no refund for the $42 Valvoline charged me to replace the oil that was lost because of their improperly installed filter. I’m extremely disappointed that a basic oil change resulted in my car losing 3 quarts of oil, an oil-pressure warning light coming on, and me having to pay another $42 just to replace oil that shouldn’t have been lost in the first place. I would strongly recommend checking your vehicle for leaks after getting an oil change here.

  AJ and Aiden were so nice, they checked my oil and stated that it looked new and clean and an oil change was not necessary. They then checked all the fluids, tire pressure, topped off the oil and didn’t charge me anything. The honesty and respect was so refreshing.

  I came in to get my oil change here for my Chevrolet express and paid $140 for oil change because my car is big cargo van they charge extra, which is understandable but then the oil they fill up is only half. We went on the road trip after the oil change service and suddenly the oil change sign turn on my husband check the oil stick there’s barely any oil in there. We have to go get another 5qt and fill the whole 5 qt up. Never again at Valvoline.
