  Charged me $27.99 for TPMS System Reset. I had already reset this before bringing the car in after checking tire pressures, verifying they were all at recommended levels, to turn off the “low tire pressure” warning light. If it needed to be reset again, I would have been glad to push the button once more rather than been charged this $27.99 fee. Charged me for doing nothing, essentially…

  Went in for an emission test, and ended up with a front and rear alignments, and two new tires. I new about the tires needing replaced , but hadn't planned on it . I did think the rear wheels weren't quite right, and with new front tires you should get an alignment. It's my wife's car and I want her in a safe vehicle. I trust Dobbs to do the right thing.

  I appreciate the good job the guys did to repair my 2015 Buick! They researched the “marketplace” to find replacement parts/exhaust pipe. However they did not communicate on a timely basis to, first tell me there was a significant problem ($1,000) replacement repair to exhaust system. I had to call them late in the day to find out about the problem and find out that they would be keeping the car overnight. The next day I had to call them, again late in the day to obtain status of repair. I appreciate the job they did but they should have been more proactive on the communication. That’s why they get a 4 instead of a 5! Thanks

  I'm selling a Volvo S60, and trying to get it into good shape before I do, as one would think is common courtesy. So I come to Dobbs, which is rated highly and I've had decent experience with despite incredibly high price gouging, but not good or bad enough to leave a review. This is no longer the case. I come in with the car working very well, aside from one leak in the rear passenger side tire. They tell me that I need to get the tire replaced because of the screw's placement, but since it's under warranty, it should only cost forty or so dollars. That was what was said. What actually happened is that I came back two days later Thursday June 25 ~12pm, waited for this absolute scam artist to get off the phone, and told him I was here to pick the Volvo S60 up. He asked my last name, I gave it, and he then spent several minutes on the computer, then going outside, jump starting my car, and then asking me "are you aware that your coolant fan stays on?" As if I wouldn't have noticed it being dead every time I tried to turn the damn car on, and humming constantly after turning it off. This "issue" with the coolant fan, is something I am certain was caused by them as it was only under their watch when this would've started, which is awfully convenient for an already overpriced "mechanic" shop. They put the capitalist in service, and the scam in trades. I am aware that it doesn't make sense to say that, as the letters don't fully match up, and this is intentional, because they do not belong on the map.
