  They got the tires I looked into buying, I looked at several different brands and places of business that carried tires and Dobbs had the best price and had them installed on our 2014 Escape and they run great , nice a quiet too they said that i needed an alignment because it was off and now the car goes straight, great job to all at Dobbs !

  I made an appointment, they got me in and out quickly. The waiting room is clean and there are places to sit. It was a pleasant experience and my truck passed it’s inspections which I had expected it would so it was a great experience.

  Last time My bad I am not one to give bad reviews in fact if it’s bad I just keep my mouth shut but I’m pissed. So who gives a damn about free tire rotation when the rest is a huge rip off! Never again they just had their last shot and lost all of our business Didn’t give a damn either So much for customer service

  I never leave reviews on any business, but I felt the need to write one for this dobbs. I had an insurance claim for roadside work and was told to come here. I got the tire repaired and was on my way the first time with everything going smoothly, till I realized they either didn’t connect my tire sensor or it wasn’t programmed correctly. I had to go back a total of 3-4 times to get this issue fixed and every time the only thing they would do is wipe the codes, then stating the problem was fixed. Temporarily solving my problem till I got off the lot. Eventually they blamed it on the tire. They changed out the tire that they had put on previously, and decided to charge me for the new one. I’m now having issues with the only tire they swapped daily with my sense still malfunctioning. It may be a sour coincidence, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend coming to this dobbs. You’re better off learning to replace your own parts or driving on a spare.

  Firestone just ripped me off. I told my car in to get it checked out for brakes. They told me my battery was showing low voltage and needed to be replaced. I did go ahead and tell them to replace the battery. But after I thought about it I remembered getting a battery somewhere else but wasn't sure when. When I called the other place that I had gotten a battery they told me I had just gotten a battery one year ago in August of 2025. Firestone charged me 425.00 for a battery and diagnostic check. I got ripped off from Firestone. Plus they told me they would email me the paperwork and as 7pm still have no paperwork.
