I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and before coming in, my vehicle was running without this issue. After leaving the shop, I began experiencing serious problems, and now my vehicle is not running. I trusted this location to perform a basic oil change, and I am extremely disappointed that my vehicle is now sitting because of what appears to be an issue that occurred immediately after their service. I called the claims department to file a complaint and the manager Zack/Zach said they did everything right. No inspection to my SUV didn’t even ask for pictures or videos.. I’m a loyal customer and expected this situation to be properly investigated and resolved. I strongly recommend that anyone using this location check their vehicle thoroughly before leaving and document everything. A routine oil change should not leave a customer with a vehicle that won’t run. I hope the company takes responsibility and makes this right area manager Chris.
