  Mgr Kevin and his team are very efficient in their task. Kevin explained all issues and the overall process as each step occurred. I've owned my own HVAC business and your MGR Kevin I believe should be promoted to teach and ensure the product changing techniques and process used under his supervision is used nation wide. Very professional and once again the efficiency of this unit flowed like poetry in motion. I'll be back as a traveling customer. Thank you Dave M

  I would rate this place zero stars if it were an option. This establishment does not own up to its mistakes. As a repeat customer, I decided to have them rotate my tires on a 2020 ford fusion. I had brand new tires installed a year ago and I had ZERO problems with the wheels for that entire year. After having them rotated the tech claimed that they couldn’t be torqued to spec on the front wheel. After inspecting it myself at home, it was obvious that ALL the lugs had been over torquered and one even broke off at home 1 hour after leaving this place. Mind you that the lug nuts were tight prior to the visit, and had any other establishment stretched out the lug studs, it could not have been torqued down for an entire year! You cannot torque stretched lug studs. None the less, the employee Mike (who was wearing a shirt that said Kevin) said to call Kevin the next day as he is the manager. Kevin was presented with every single fact related to their poor workmanship and damage to my car but repeated the same excuse multiple times, “that it had to be the last guy”… it wasn’t. He knows that’s not even possible. So thanks valvoline for causing me to fix a problem that should have never existed by failing to perform a very simple task that pretty much anyone can do. I’m a responsible car owner and take my vehicle in for routine maintenance so I can avoid problems. This has cost me time and money finding alternate ways to and from work, finding a mechanic to make the repairs and now hundreds of dollars for the repair that Valvoline caused. Do not use this place.

  Always get me in as quick as possible and always very friendly....Oh I will forever go to this location for my oil changes as long as they keep their worker Sam.

  Those guys were cool. It was like 100 degrees and those dudes should’ve been miserable but they all had good attitudes and told me I was pretty cool even though I was a 50year old unc

  Team was unprofessional. I been told they might not have enough type synthetic oil for my car. Then they said they find some and hope it will be enough?! Price for change oil and oil filter $128?! Saying the oil price went up?! They didn’t check other fluids, tire pressure and others checks that is what usually checks out every time. I asked if they can help to turn off the lights on my dashboard for checking tires, they said they will then at the end they said they can’t because they don’t have tools?! Why you can’t t say that at very beginning of the conversation. At the end I have to ask them to print out receipt of the service. Not coming back again to this location on Telegraph Road.
