  If i could leave zero starts I would. I have an older car and i know parts are harder to find for it. I called to ask and confirmed if they would be able to replace the windshield of my old ls400. They confirmed they could and sent me up an appointment for 2 weeks later. 2 weeks go by and i get a message saying the tech would message me when they were on route to my home. I never received the message but saw the safelite van drive right by my house on our security cameras. I called and they had me on hold for around 2 hours. When i reached a representative they told me they would contact the location to see what happened and i again was left on hold for an extended amount of time. The lady rescheduled my appointment for a month later at the in person location. A month went by i showed up 30 minutes early and they told me i could wait or come back in roughly 3 hours. 2 hours go by and they called me telling me to come back because they couldn’t get ahold of a trim piece needed for the windshield. I cut my losses after this 2 month process and found a small mom and pop shop that got the job done within 3 days. I called made my appointment brought it in 3 days later and they installed my new windshield within an hour. And guess what they trim pieces safe like could not get ahold of because it wasn’t sold anywhere was 10 dollars brand new. Yes i paid around 50 dollars more at the small shop than i would have at satellite but they didn’t waste 2 months of my time. Just to add on something this happened around a year ago. Its just that every time i see a safe lite van i get very mad, and i normally never leave reviews.

  The team was friendly and respectful, they had our windshield replaced in about an hour, did a great job on the replacement. The only sticking point was that they didnt totally remove the glass shards they left inside the car, but overall a fantastic experience! Amazing price as well.

  I highly recommend Safelight. I made my appointment online. Their site is very user friendly and they communicate well following up until your appointment. The tech’s name is Chris and I cannot say enough positive statements about him. He is an excellent communicator, kind, knowledgeable. He completed the job in good time, clean, and thoroughly explained what not to do immediately following his repair.

  The safelite team at this location is really great. They were efficient and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They answered all my questions about the repair and caught me before I left to get food nearby to give me my wallet I had mistakenly left in my driver seat. I appreciate the quick smooth service after an unexpected repair.

  Terrible experience. After 3 appointments, they were unable to correctly recalibrate the safety system in my vehicle and sent me to the dealer. During one appointment, my window stopped working. At the next one, my vehicle was beeping from the RAB being deactivated and my trunk no longer opens after leaving the shop. Highly recommend going anywhere else. Two stars because the rep was kind, but do not let them service your vehicle. Update: went to start my vehicle the next day and it won’t turnover. Again, do not take your car here unless you want a headache.
