- THTaylor HMay 11, 20261.0They removed and did not reinstall any of the window trim on my car. Additionally, I now have a rattling sound from the windshield not property installed. No one answers the phone from the office. I just got an “after hours” voicemail at 3:45pm on a Monday, which, according to the voicemail, begins at 7pm. This is the second windshield replaced by these guys. The first time they didn’t calibrate the auto wipers properly and that function never worked after they returned the car. Spend the extra money to use someone who cares about your car. Do not recommend their service.
- GRGus RodriguezMay 8, 20261.0Go somewhere else or let your windshield crack get larger; either way you’ll be better off then coming here. Came in for a warranty repair. Had a windshield replaced by Safelite last year that started to crack (it was clearly a stress crack from the recent replacement), so I took photos, emailed and made an appointment. When I came in, they said there was other damage and that it voided the warranty even though I had photos from the day I sent in the email showing only the crack and no other damage.

- JRJordan RoweApr 25, 20261.0Safelite replaced the windshield on my Toyota Corolla on April 25. I am left with several deep scratches on the A-pillar along the driver’s side. The technician was apologetic and applied a rubbing compound to improve the appearance, but I would be very hesitant to return or bring a nicer vehicle here. In the future, I will likely pay more and go out-of-network for a glass repair. I’ve included a photo of a chip on the new windscreen.
