- BPBob Plummer3 days ago5.0First time user and very satisfied with the friendliness and expertise of the tech. Finished product looked perfect, just like when I drove it home from dealership! Would definitely use again!
- JMJenifer MooreOct 4, 20265.0The whole experience with Safelite was great. They got my windshield so fast from the time I got the estimate to my windows being fixed. The tech explained everything and had it fixed si fast. Will definitely be using this company again.
- DRDana RobinsonOct 3, 20265.0Technician Noah was very communicative he had reached out to let me know ETA, about how long the windshield replacement would take and that he would have to drive my vehicle to calibrate the front camera. He finished in about 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend!
- ADAmi DaySep 24, 20261.0HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THREE WEEKS for a windshield! I had to pay for a rental car. The office called and said the car was done 4 days after I left it with them. I drove 45mins and it hadn’t been touched. The store in south county all the way up to Cory, the District Manager, are INCOMPETENT!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!! It’s also calibrated improperly. This place is AWFUL!!! Charged my card THREE TIMES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!!
- SAscott addisonSep 21, 20262.0Poor customer communication. I dropped my car off at 9:30 as instructed. I was told my car would be completed by end of day. I waited to see if I would get an email mail, text or phone call. Nothing. I called at 5, no answer. I did receive a phone at 5:23 to inform my car would not be ready for pick up. I was told the car would be ready tomorrow. However, I never received a call, text or email to inform me my car was ready. I called, the car was ready. My question is, what if I needed my car that evening for an emergency or just errands. I would have made arrangements for a ride. I was not informed of the situation. Poor customer service and communication.
