They treat you like you’re at home, give good informative recommendations without being pushy, and clearly know what they’re doing. Job gets done right every time. I used to go to Dobbs but won’t be going back — this place is better. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing service.

If not for the single woman worker, who ended up coming and helping my side, the hour plus of waiting would have been even longer. I had to ask the working staff to check my engine air filter, to give you an idea of how chaotic it was for them, trying to pull weight for staff issues. If not for that one worker, I would have given them a 1 star. I will not be back to this particular valvoline location.
