- KFKevin Fuller6 days ago1.0Shop was supposed to open at 7:30. Showed up at 8:45 and had to wait for 30 minutes for the staff to arrive. Got in and was told, “we’re out of your oil today”! Horrible experience!
- LMLiz MasonAug 28, 20265.0Wow, what a great experience at Valvoline First Capitol today! I must say I totally dread oil changes due to the pressure upselling and so-called improvements must happen. That was not my experience today. My manager was Kaleb. He was fast and efficient but still got the job done properly. I did not feel rushed or pressured. There was a trainee doing the actual oil change and he was amazing! I'll see you guys again. Thank you!

I’ve been a customer at that location for 10 years and she was the FIRST person to locate and change my cabin filter! It was never changed before as it was difficult for others to find over the years. It was FILTHY! She knew exactly where to go and how to pull it out! I was so happy that she was able replaced it from the ORIGINAL filter. The toxic air I’ve been breathing for all of these years is very concerning however she was knowledgeable and educated to get it switched out. Very professional young lady and all around sweet and genuine person! Keep her and get her accelerated up the ladder to greater success! Thank you Mya! You saved my respiratory system and I’m so grateful indeed!
