  New manager very friendly and not pushy about your service I stopped to get a tire plug and it was covered under my tire package from when I brought my last set there . So I thought about it for the past weekend and am headed back for a full set this week from the options and prices I was quoted.

  Made an appointment for a tire patch on Friday. Manager calls me later that day and asks if I can come in on Sunday, no problem. Running a little late on Sunday so I call and I can BARELY hear the guy, all he says is its gonna take 2 hours. I tell him no big deal ive got my video games and im about to p...he hangs up on me. Cool I get in and he doesnt acknowledge my presence at the counter so I tell him hi, sorry im late I have an appointment. I ask sincerely why 2 hours. Dude gets emotional and sparks an attitude telling me there were 2 people here before me. I tell him I get it, just wanted to clarify that making appointments doesnt reserve a spot He gets more of an attitude and tells me they had appointments before me, hes only got one mechanic and I need to wait my turn. I let him know that all I needed was a tire patch, the wheel is already off the car and im glad to go else where and have a good day Dude, needs therapy. He definitely hates his job

  Jamol caught me leaving and brought me back in. He was able to provide excellent customer service and excellent service in general. Oil change and 4 tires. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. He also saved me at least $400. I was all set to get a brake replacement. Turns out my pads are great. He was also honest about not needing an alignment just because I’m getting new tires. Saved another $130.
