  I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday and arrived a little early. When I walked in, the technician greeted me and asked, “Are you picking up?” I explained that I had an appointment. He then asked if I had scheduled it online, and when I confirmed that I had, he told me they couldn’t get me in until Monday. The staff was otherwise friendly, but the online appointment system clearly isn’t functioning as expected. If Saturday appointments aren’t actually available through the online scheduling service, that should be reflected there so customers aren’t able to book appointments that the location can’t honor. I’m giving four stars because I appreciate the service overall, but the online scheduling process definitely needs some attention.

  I thought I would be waiting for up to an hour but my car’s inspection took 30 minutes. This allowed me plenty of time to get to the DMV to get new licenses stickers. Everyone was so very nice and understanding.

  I like this place. I regularly bring my vehicles here. They are punctual especially when you have an issue like a tow. Would give 5 stars but communication can lax - I have to followup but they do answer. Last visit was a struggle but the rest have been good.

  I visited this location because of Steve Evans, who provides excellent customer service. I called them, shared my issue, and they took good care of me.
