- BDBrittany DennisAug 18, 20261.0Rolled through yesterday afternoon & asked how quick they could do them as I had a lot going on. The guy said the $45 wash would take about 20 minutes so I opted for the $30 wash as he assured me it would be quick. It took about 35 minutes & the exterior was still very dirty. They said I could roll through again but I asked if I could come back as I was on a time constraint. They said no problem, and left the outside untouched as I would be coming back. About an hour & a half later I went back & got the exterior washed again. They only took rags & wiped down the windshield & said it was good to go. These pictures are of my hood & grill…..$30, 2 trips & 45 minutes later & it’s still dirty as hell. The $30 wash says “exterior wash, spot free rinse, towel dry, interior vacuum, interior windows, and dash/console wipe down”. Disappointed. I usually wash it myself but I’m going on vacation & wanted to pay to get it down & it looks as if it’s untouched.

She helped me compare the options of one time versus a monthly plan based on their other available locations. She is top notch and the team that are currently working on my ♿ van appear to be doing a nice detailing between myself, the grandkids and farm hay that need to be revealing less of our combined ruckus.

I was met by Devon who went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I was honestly shocked and was not expecting that type of customer service. The guys did a great job and going forward, this will be the only location I go to.
