    The young lady at the counter was courteous… my car was there for an hour for a tire plug. When I asked the mechanic working in the bay area we waiting for something to dry? He laughed and said oh I’m taking too long, then he finally put my tire back on my car…. $50 and a hour wait is RIDICULOUS for a tire plug. NEVER RETURNING

    Terrible- we had an appointment using your reservation service and when we arrived, they couldn't take us. We had to come back the next day.. you need to figure out how your systems work together.
