  Chris (the owner) was super helpful said he could make the trip in 20 and was there in 18. Pulled the screw out and patched the tire on the spot! I think the price is relatively reasonable considering everything was fixed within an hour from call to driving away.

  Made an appointment for a last minute tire patch after running over something, showed up to the store and the door was locked. Called the help number and they weren’t able to get a hold of the store either. Ended up having to go home since all other stores were closed and ended up with a flat tire.

  The young lady who helped me on Sunday was lovely, but Cathy answered the phone when I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was incredibly snarky. She would not simply answer my question about the status of my vehicle and, instead, made it a point to say “you wanted to save $150 and order your tire online…” (which I did, in front of the agent on Sunday because there were no technicians to even work on Sunday anyway). I’m not sure why that point was relevant or why she couldn’t just answer my question. She then told me she “was in back listening” as I ordered my tire” like something really sneaky was going on— so weird!! FINALLY she told me that I was would receive an email letting me know when I tire arrived. I asked her why she didn’t just tell me that what I first called. She barked back “I did. Three times.” No, she didn’t. If she had, we wouldn’t be having the drawn out conversation. That simple. Not sure how stressful the tire industry is these days, but maybe Cathy needs to consider another line of work.

  I am a repeat customer. Finally found a tire place that keeps their word on price and time. This is where I go for tire and automotive needs.

  It was a good experience. The young lady that assisted us was very knowledgeable. She gave us quite a bit of great information that we needed about our car.. We will return for service if we need it for our tires or possibly something else. They were very professional. The work was done beautifully quickly and it was a fair price. We’re really thankful that we stopped in.
