  Tire Choice is always so easy, friendly, quick and they do great work. I have my fair share of tire problems as a St. Louis city driver and this is my first stop always.

  Came in for a road force balance. Everyone was incredibly professional, the work was done quickly, and they solved a long staffing issue that I was having with a vibration in tires that were "balanced" at another store. I'm extremely happy with the work they provided.

  My daughter and I came in to have a tire repaired on her car and I needed a new tire and the girls were so nice , assess the situation and knew exactly what we needed. The price was very reasonable and they were quick to have the repair completed and a great deal on the tire and it came in quick. We’ll definitely be back before the winter when we need new tires for both cars.

  Great service. Had a bubble on side of my EV tire and it was a special order but they got a new one super quick and took care of me. Amazing front desk people and great techs too. Thanks!

  I had a tire that with a screw in it repaired. Upon picking my tire up the total was $49.88. So I asked the lady what did they do. She was nasty in saying they repaired it, while giving me a nasty look. I go on to advise her I saw how she looked at me and I can ask questions about my money being spent. It was only then that she explained the repair. Then I asked about a warranty. Again, she was nasty in saying, only if it leak in the area repaired. I could have purchased a new tire from Walmart for a few more bucks. I hate spending money where it's not respected. I personally wouldn't use their service again. Edit: I took my vehicle back after I noticed I got charged for TPMS STEM KIT, that was not replaced. I also noticed that my tire had a plug versus the patch I was charged. The manager stated that, they plugged the top and patched the inside. I reminded her of her nasty attitude when I asked the first time. She offered to replace the missing piece I was charged for. At this point, I don't trust them. I ask for a refund for the service I didn't get. She did without giving me a receipt stating that it will show up in 7 to 10 business days. They been getting over on people. Check your vehicles to ensure you are getting what you paid for. There's no telling how many other people they charged for service that they didn't do. Glad I caught it. Hopefully there won't be any problems with my refund.
