WARNING ‼️ I use to always go to Dobbs for my oil changes or anything I needed done on my car. I will NEVER go here again! I had a oil change done a few months back and I had just notice not to long ago my dipstick was missing so I called Dobbs to confront them, the guy on the phone told me they weren’t a parts store and didn’t do anything about it. So today I took my car to the dealer to get an oil change. Well, I just found out that the dipstick was broken off inside from the last time I had it changed, which would be from Dobbs! Plus they said my lug nuts were way over tightened and swollen. Dobbs again! So I would give no stars if that were an option.

Managed to run over a nail visiting St. Louis (both for the 1st time) 🤦‍♂️🛞 Crystal and her mechanic (didn't catch his name) were a godsend squeezing me in late afternoon! 🙌 With the new tire and peace of mind they gave me, I can keep heading to Little Rock on my weeklong road trip 🛣 Not sure what I would've done without their incredible service in such a pinch! 👏

My tire pressure sensor light came on. Scotty the mechanic/technician took a few minutes to check my 4 tires. He aired up the tires. My sensor light went off. Its so nice to meet good people and have great service.
