  I woke up with a hole in my tire on 4th of July and I couldn't find anywhere that was open. I drove to the shop and the owner was very nice to me and my grandson even after it started with some of the biggest loudest thunder and lightning 🌩️⚡ I've ever seen. Even though it looked like it would start raining the other gentleman got the damaged tire off and almost as soon as he starts putting on the new tires it started flash flood raining. The guy jumped in the garage for a few seconds but went back out in the pouring down thunderstorm and finished putting my tire on and even put air in all the rest. What a great experience!!! Thanks Mr. B.J and co worker I appreciate the dedication and professionalism 🤗

  They haven't done a thing mechanically yet. What they did do was calm my son down. They made him feel welcome. They made him feel like they had his back. He was so happy and they had not even touched the truck

  Man, they knocked it out of the park. Initially had a flat near the Kingshighway location near 5pm. I didn’t think I had a chance of getting a change until tomorrow at that hour. They couldn’t do it that day but recommended I drive a few miles to the Hampton location. The Hampton location had my new tire in stock and changed and back on the road in the 30 minutes. I don’t recall their names, but I feel well taken care of and will recommend to others.

  This was the worst service ever. They are clearly in there making up excuses so they don’t have to do the work. When I asked to have my tire switched they gave me a faulty excuse. Then charged me every bit of three times the price for a small job. Do not go here.

  My check engine light went on and Auto Zone did a free diagnostic that indicated my throttle sensor was not working. I took my vehicle to Tire Choice on Hampton and the attendant, JR put it in the bay at 9AM and told me he would call by noon. I called at 2 pm and JR told me he was trying to get a price for the part needed. At 5 pm JR called me and said he was unable to find a part. When I picked up the vehicle JR told me that it was a dealer only part. This is not true. JR charged me $138.90 for a diagnostic. I objected, but he had my keys. I have requested a refund from the customer service department of the parent company Monro. My filed a complaint and request for refund. A week later I followed up on the request and was put on hold for 15 minutes
