  My car was in for a rear axle replacement and as I was about 30 min into a drive after picking it up the vehicle started shaking, grinding, and vibrating visciously. Turns out the tech working on my car only tightened down 1 of the 5 lug nuts and the other 4 were hanging on by a thread. It’s a miracle the wheel didn’t fly off on the highway.

  Heather made this the best experience ive ever had with a collision center. She was so nice. Informative, honest and truly cared. They took amazing care of my car. They made sure I was happy with all the work. Very friendly staff. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. I will use them again in the future and recommend them.

  Justin was great! Took time out of his busy schedule to actually listen and pay attention to what my goals were for the repair. He (and others at the shop) also kept me informed frequently so there were no surprises and clear expectations. Shop also did great work and car came back as I hoped it would.
