  The check-in process was incredibly fast, the vehicle was spotless, and the return was completely seamless. I especially want to recognize Marcos the Assistance Manager, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout the process. ​It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days, and it made my trip much easier. I will definitely be renting from this location again and recommending it to others.

  Marcus at the Downtown St. Louis location is the best. These smaller offices are often a bit of a wildcard when it comes to vehicle availability. When I visited recently there were issues with the all the available cars, but Marcus got a car clean and ready to go in no time. His effort was apparent and sincerely appreciated.
