  Did a great job and took the time to recommend tires according to my situation. Also told us about registration so we get extra service.

  Avoid this place. I took my 2013 f150 in at 7:30am for new tires and brakes and was told 3 separate times it would be ready the same day. I needed it the next day to travel for a wedding, so I was specific about this. When I got there James said they had the tires in house and it was no problem finishing same day. James called back around 2pm to tell me the tires were on but the brakes would be an additional 1200 dollars. I said no to the brakes and also that I’d be by shorty to pick up the truck. When I arrived I saw the truck in the lot still with the old set of tires still on. I went inside and asked about the truck, they said there was a miscommunication and the truck was not ready but that it would be ready by the end of the day. I called around 6pm when they closed and said it was ready and they tried to call me but I didn’t receive any calls or voicemails so I think that was a lie too. James suggested I pay for the tires now and they could leave the key in the truck but I said I didn’t want to pay without seeing the tires and work first. I question if they even checked the brakes at all because I’m not sure why they’d check the brakes and then mount the old tires back on. Don’t use this business, the bad reviews speak for themself.

  Went in for an emissions test. Had a 10 AM appointment since I had to wait for th e car. Mechanic took the car in at 10:10 AM and I was out the door before 11 AM. Very impressed with the timing. Staff was friendly, courteous and the wait area was okay.

  Anthony and Lisa at Dobbs Tires on Tesson are great people they are nice to their customers and helpful. I give them a lots of credit and nowadays you don’t trust trusted any dealers and mechanics.   This is a very good and reliable place. Anthony and Lisa are true professionals with fantastic knowledge and excellent customer service skills. I drive a Land Rover, and they always go out of their way to find and get any parts needed. Their prices are excellent, and they are incredibly reliable.
