  **********WARNING**********. Do not trust this place!!!! We came here to have a turbo issue addressed, it was whistling louder than normal and sounded like it had an air leak someplace. They pulled our truck into the shop and claimed that they were doing diagnostic testing, which is standard procedure.... After approximately 3hrs passed, one of the techs came to me and stated that the turbo appeared to have been shot and needed to most likely be replaced with a new one which was quoted to be around $5,500.00... He said that they needed to order the turbo charger and that it would most likely take about 2 days to receive and that I should make myself comfortable. Then he stated that more testing was required in order to determine if it was actually the turbo charger that needed to be replaced... Another 2hrs go by and finally the gentleman came to me and stated that the turbo definitely needed to be replaced but they had located a turbo charger in the local area and would be able to have the unit repaired and ready to go that evening. So, I told him to contact the owner and notify him of the results.. He said that he had already quoted the owner of the 7,500.00 it was going to cost to complete the repairs and was awaiting the approval to proceed with the services.. Apparently, the old turbo was still under warranty, so the owner of the unit told them to proceed with the repairs and bill it to the warranty... When they learned that the turbo charger was still under warranty they told the owner to sit tight while they verify that the turbo was indeed still under warranty. Several minutes later they called the owner back and stated that they had wonderful news..... It turned out that it wasn't the turbo after all, that it was a bad gasket...🤔 Really??? Mysteriously a shot turbo suddenly becomes a bad gasket after you learn that the $7,500.00 dollar quoted turbo charger repairs were still under warranty????? You guys need to get your act together. This is unacceptable behavior and you know it... Where I come from...... You guys are considered CROOKS... Not only did you fail miserably trying to scam us..... You wasted an entire day of our time.. You have just been exposed and hopefully you will not attempt this sort of dishonest, unethical and unlawful procedures going forward.... We may even consider a law suit against you. **************Consumers**************** Please read reviews when shopping around for anything in this world... There are people who care and will expose these companies who choose to participate in unfair, unlawful and dishonest practices for a buck.... I'm pretty confident that people like myself are not just sitting around providing these reviews because we are bored and have nothing better to do with our lives.... Please read reviews and make wise, smart choices regarding who you want to give your hard earned American Dollar to....

  My husband came to this business after putting his truck into the shop at TRSC in Nashville IL related to emission sensors. (boost pressure and rate decel) TRSC charged $700 dollars and sensors came back on within the day. He sought out Cummins thinking he would get great & knowledgeable service. What he got was a $63 dollar air filter and $400 in labor, again the sensors were on within the day. He, as a back yard mechanic, check over anything he thought may be wrong and found a hose with a hole in it. Cost to replace, $8. How could they miss something that obvious?? Never again...

  I purchased a used toy hauler and the Onan generator was not working. The previous owner said it hadn't ran in a few years. I called Cummins Mid-South in St. Louis for guidance. Bob was able to schedule a service appointment on the same day I called. The technician Jimmy was AMAZING and HONEST! After 2 hours (Mostly Jimmy explaining to me how to maintain the generator) I was leaving with a working generator. I can't say enough about the guy's who work here.
