- TDTecknical Difficulties3 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience with Car Craft from start to finish. They kept me updated nearly every day throughout the repair process, which gave me a lot of confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. You honestly can't tell the vehicle was ever in an accident. The paint matches perfectly, the body lines are straight and properly aligned, and the liftgate operates just like it did before. They also completed all of the required calibrations and provided the OBD scan and calibration records without hesitation, which showed their attention to detail. Most importantly, the vehicle drives exactly as it should. It's properly aligned, all of the sensors and cameras work correctly, and everything feels factory quality. It's clear they take pride in their workmanship. I highly recommend Car Craft to anyone looking for a collision repair shop that values communication, quality and doing the job right.
- BBBradJun 29, 20261.0BELIEVE the low reviews & DO NOT RISK going to this place. Front desk lady was very rude, she may not be there anymore though as of now. Brought in for estimate & they completely tore up the car & told me they wouldn’t put anything back on. Car only had a DENT at the door/fender area. It drove exactly how it had before the person hit me & now legit could not even drive through the parking lot. Fender off, door unattached, bumper off (still don’t understand why the bumper b/c the person hit my car on the front driver side while it was parked. Nothing happened to or even near the bumper), bolts & splash shield laying on back seat. Absolutely nuts. Front desk lady wasn’t offering any way to make things even semi-right & to top it off was EXTREMELY unapologetic & said they will not put it back how it was. I mean not even a “we can maybe put the bumper that we did not need to take off at all back on for you since our mechanic thought it was a different task” This was a couple years ago & I now had to do the experience over again at a small auto body place & the experience was phenomenal. BELIEVE the crap rating & reviews here. Of course there’s going to be some easy good experiences but it is definitely not work the risk I promise you.
