Luckily, her horrible attitude made me go with my gut feeling & leave. After reading all the horror stories in the other reviews, I'm so glad I did. I recommend Scott's Auto Repair or literally any other place on the planet.

They kept me updated nearly every day throughout the repair process, which gave me a lot of confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. You honestly can't tell the vehicle was ever in an accident. The paint matches perfectly, the body lines are straight and properly aligned, and the liftgate operates just like it did before. They also completed all of the required calibrations and provided the OBD scan and calibration records without hesitation, which showed their attention to detail. Most importantly, the vehicle drives exactly as it should. It's properly aligned, all of the sensors and cameras work correctly, and everything feels factory quality. It's clear they take pride in their workmanship. I highly recommend Car Craft to anyone looking for a collision repair shop that values communication, quality and doing the job right.
