My rivian truck was broken into and this place was unfortunately recommended. they did a sloppy repair put the wrong mismatched decal left paint splatter on the tonneau cover did not seal the window correctly loud wind noise over 30 miles an hour and on top screwed up my door handle…it is pushed in and doesn’t open! They just made things worse! I don’t usually write reviews but am so disappointed that I will never recommend this place or send another vehicle there. It’s five months and they are jerking us around saying they have to order parts. To be honest I do not want them touching my vehicle any more because they don’t know what they are doing and just keep creating more problems. If they agree for me to have rivian fix the problems they failed to take care and cover it I will be satisfied and retract this.

- DTDominic TessmerMar 20, 20265.0Back in 2017 I had my first experience with car craft auto body Oakville and they more or less rebuilt the entire front end of my car and I couldn't tell anything that happened to it at all so when my wife got in a car accident a couple weeks ago and the insurance company asked to be where to send the vehicle car craft was the only option and just like before the work they did was fantastic. I can't even tell anything happened to the vehicle. The shop was professional anytime I talk to them. I got daily updates on what was going on with the vehicle. All the documentation and paperwork was sent to me digitally which I think is great and even going into the shop it was clean, well maintained, and the guys there clearly know what they're doing.
