  As always, the service at Bates is more than satisfactory! I moved here 11 years ago and my daughter and son-in-law, as well as a neighbor, recommended Bates when my Old Grannymobile, a 2008 Saturn, meeded some attention. Since I was completely satisfied with that first visit, I have never taken my car anywhere else. One thing I really appreciate is getting a phone call from them after they check the car over to tell me what is needed, Give me an estimate and Ask whether or not I Want to authorize them to continue with the work. No surprises when I go in to pay and pick up the car! With the outrageous prices on even a halfway decent used cars these days, I definitely will continue to rely on Rick and his staff to keep my car on the road as long as possible!
