  We took our car to Bates for a badly needed alignment and rattle noise. Bates did a great job on the alignment and thorough check of suspension. Fair and honest

  Rick and his team were fantastic as always and had me back on the road by the next day when I dropped it off after hours with a flat tire. Getting the flat tire when I did turned out to be a good thing because it had been on my list to call them for a quote for work for my brakes anyhow. Even with two new tires they saved me something like $700+ from what the dealer had quoted me.

  I had to call 3 times to schedule (and adjust) my appointment. Every time I called, the person answering was rude. As though it was a complete bother to them that I had bothered to call to schedule. The redeeming factor was that the young gentleman who helped me on the actual day of was quite kind and I was not made to feel like my patronage was unwelcome by him. But I will be avoiding returning if I can.
