  I really appreciate this particular dealership being such a disappointment. One minute finance for vehicles slightly under 10k is available however, when I arrived that was not the case at all. I literally walked in and right back out. The confusion led me back to the Auffenburg dealership where I received the deal of a life time. I am so thankful that Ackerman turned me down. Auffenberg has the best cars, deals and customer service.

  My experience at Ackerman Toyota during my new vehicle purchase was exceptional from the start. My salesman, Brian Kahle, went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly during the process and clearly communicated what was needed during each step. I would definitely recommend talking to Brian and the crew over at Ackerman Toyota for a new or used vehicle purchase.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. From the moment I walked in and met with Tyler at Ackerman Toyota, he made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but what I appreciated most was that he was never pushy. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answer all of my questions, and help me find a vehicle that was a great fit for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision every step of the way. I am easily overwhelmed, but Tyler made the experience actually enjoyable. I never felt pressured, and I always felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I absolutely love my new vehicle and am so glad I had Tyler there to help me through the process. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience at Ackerman Toyota. He’s fantastic at what he does!

  My experience at Ackerman was the first time I’ve ever been deterred from buying a car. Sure, the salespeople were nice enough, but I had an hour or so of my time wasted when I was told to “mull things over,” as if I hadn’t spent the last month contemplating which Toyota car to choose. When I said I wouldn’t be having my parents co-sign (because I’m 34), I was met with “you’re a daughter, you can beg.” I’ve had no follow-up regarding the credit application, or if I’d still like to purchase a car. I eventually found a car with Bommarito, whom I’d recommend anyone go to. I wasn’t met with judgment there.

  5 stars! We had a great experience purchasing our 2019 Toyota Camry SE from Tyler Baker at Ackerman Toyota. Tyler was efficient, straightforward, and worked hard to get us an excellent deal. He made the entire buying process easy and stress-free from start to finish. We really appreciate everything Tyler did for us and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota.
