We recently bought our 2026 Highlander from Ackerman Toyota and from the first visit to the dealership we knew we were going to purchase our new vehicle there. Ryan and Bryan are just good people, they both made it just too easy! Ryan went over every detail about the Highlander that helped us to make our decision on what we wanted. We were in the hunt for a 2026 Grand Highlander Platinum Max, Blueprint with black interior. I looked nationwide, even called dealers close the the manufacturing facility in Princeton Indiana hoping to find one already built and sitting on the lot - No Joy! I used to live near St Louis so I recognized the Ackerman name when my online search indicated they could get one more quickly than anyone else? I called and sure enough, they confirmed a short delivery time at a competitive price. Lucky for us Ryan O'Leary answered the phone when we called ! The order, delivery, finance, and pickup process was smooth! Ryan went out of his way to assist in explaining the Toyota GH allocation and build process, which was so very different from the last time I bought a Highlander. Anyway, Ryan was great, always available, responsive to both email and text. When we picked up the GH, he stayed after closing to give us a PhD in the GH's infotainment and driving assistance safety features and configurations. He made us aware of how some of the proactive driver assistance and other safety choices would translate into our driving experience! I'm old school and prefer not to relinquish control of the vehicle to a box of transistors, Ryan was quick to understand and find a happy medium between Safety and my need to have control of the vehicle. Kudos to Ryan for easing me into my new GH !! I'm still getting used to some of the new "features" and can honestly say I don't really like the buying experience that Toyota uses today. The allocations model instead of allowing a consumer to walk in, order a vehicle with the things they want and have the dealer submit the order is pretty frustrating. Toyota and Ackerman are lucky to have salesman like Ryan to keep customer like me from taking my business to another brand! Thanks Ryan, your effort and commitment kept me a Toyota customer!

Drove 3 hours last weekend to pick up our 2026 Grand Highlander and had a great experience with every step of the process at Ackerman Toyota. Ryan O’Leary assured us he could get us the vehicle within weeks—not the three months or more quoted by our local dealers. Put the deposit down on April 8th and picked up the vehicle on May 2nd. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions, doubts, and decision-making. The result is the exact Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max that we wanted. He and Finance Manager Mike Keiser helped us complete as much of the paperwork as possible the day before we drove in from KY. The costs were exactly as stated, with no surprise fees or aggressive upselling. Even though the dealership was closing for the day, Ryan took the time to walk us through all the vehicle’s features and has since followed up to see if we have any questions. If we wouldn't have hit a deer that ran into the rental car on the drive there, it would have been a perfect experience!

I went through the process of turning my leased vehicle into purchasing the vehicle and I would say the process was very confusing and frustrating on my end because I did not know how the whole process worked. I do want to give Ryan O’Leary, in the sales department, a HUGE thank you for helping me navigate through the process even though it had little to no benefit for you! Ryan has helped me get in touch with the proper departments needed for the licensing of my vehicle, has given me good advice for what I should in my end out side of Toyota to be ready for the licensing. I came across Ackerman Toyota in 2023 while looking to trade in my Honda Civic. It was my first time owning a Toyota and visiting a Toyota dealership. Tyler Baker assisted me with that purchase and made the process (unbelievably) painless and even kind of exciting.
