I've come to this location several times over the years. If I recall, it was 3-4 times. I recently brought in both of my vehicles for emission/safety inspections. At least 2-3 of my visits, this location has never called me with updates regarding my vehicle. Once or twice they've finished my oil change and just never called. Then with these emissions tests, my first vehicle was done in less than an hour (and called me) then I went and dropped off my second vehicle 2 hours before closing. They never called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to finish the inspection that day. If they had, I would have came back and rescheduled the test. Instead they just closed up shop without telling me they'd work on it in the morning and I'd be without a car for the night/morning. I don't understand how a business won't inform their customer of the status of their vehicle either when it's completed or if they plan to hold it overnight for an emissions inspection.

Do not go here !!! Look at where they put the lead weight to balance the rim ,that should never be in sight, not to mention it shakes, which it has never done before,. Brought my jeep in also for new tires ,$700 more expensive than discount tire for the exact same tire !! This place is soooo bad it needs to close their doors. People DO NOT GO HERE !!!

My sister brought my car in for a basic safety/emissions inspection and ended up having a very concerning experience. She dropped the car off around noon, and by 5 PM it still hadn’t even been looked at. The work wasn’t completed until after 6 PM, which felt excessive for what should have been a straightforward inspection. After the inspection, I was told I needed a full brake job including rotors, which cost about $1,600. However, immediately after getting the car back, it was extremely loud and one of the rear wheels was noticeably hot — something that had never happened before. When we inspected the work, we found serious issues, including missing or improperly secured bracket bolts and a faulty caliper that should have been properly addressed. After replacing the caliper and bolts ourselves, the car is now still making a creaking noise when turning. This is not just frustrating — it’s a safety concern. What’s also concerning is that I later saw another recent review describing very similar issues (missing bolts and brake problems). Unfortunately, my experience seems to reflect the same pattern. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

Car sounded worse after leaving. Turns out they forgot a couple bolts and didn't tighten the one they did put on by the tires, so it wore down my breaks I just had put on. I had to have my uncle fix what they didn't do. They charged me $1800 thankfully they have financing. I honestly think they saw I was a women by myself and they thought what a sucker.
