  I ordered tired through giga tires and setup installation at this location. They received the tires 5 days before my installation appointment. I arrived at 8 am on my installation date and they said they couldn't install tires that big. I said you guys have my number right.He said yes. So I said why didn't you call me 5 days ago when you realized you couldn't install them.. I got crickets..All he said was sorry and that I had to take the tires with me.

  Zach was great he saved the day. The customer service and the compassion he showed every customer was great. I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends about tire choice in St.charles. i cant forget to have the ask for Zach.

  Had 4 tires to Install on my Camper trailer so I called Tire Choice. Seems on a Sunday not a lot to choose from. Am I glad I called here, Nick and the men in the shop went out of there way to accommodate me. It was not an easy job but done with ease here. Thanks again for all your help! True 5 star service is hard to find, but you'll find it at Tire Choice in St. Charles.
