  Bryan, my guy from the Chi, explained everything excellently. I got there a little early but he got me in and out in about 20 mins. Answered a few random tire change questions and car things and I was on my way. Definitely appreciate the help they gave and would recommend for sure. Keep up the great work!

  My wife just had our oil changed. Cost was $185 for 8 qt full synthetic. They did not provide up front cost and she requested synthetic blend. No mention of Valvoline promotion I found online after the fact. Called back up there to request rebate information and never received a call back. Very disappointed. Glad there are lots of options for other places that provide this service to choose from.

  I chose this place because there was an online coupon for an oil change. I called first and they said they would honor any coupon I had and then when I got there they did not! They fast talked and said that they didn't have that available in their computer it was a valid coupon that had not expired and then they did not have my car ready for me when I came back 2 hours later. They also forgot to put a new sticker where they scraped off the old one for my next oil change with the type of oil they gave me. I called them and asked them if they would mail it since I was from out of town and they said they would, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Also a tire rotation was included in the price of the oil change and they did not even do that. Very disappointing! With the service I got, I'm not even sure they changed the oil.

  Friendly and quick! Jamol was extremely helpful in getting my oil change done fast, he realized my brake pads would need to be change withing the next couple of months. He called, explained what was going on and the timeframe I was working within and when I gave the go ahead he had that fixed quick as well. One last thing, I had a blinker light go out and it's been impossible to change as the the manufacturer glued that thing I place, he was able to change and fix that as well. Thank you guys so much!
