  I had my car repaired here recently after a suspension issue from hitting a bad road spot, and overall I had a good experience with the team. There was a bit of back and forth initially, especially with an additional issue I noticed after picking up the car, but the team handled it professionally and made sure everything was taken care of properly. A special thanks to Dena for staying on top of things and helping coordinate everything. She was patient, responsive, and made sure the concerns were addressed without any hassle. In the end, the car was repaired well and drives great now. Appreciate the effort from the team and the support throughout the process.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. My vehicle went into Gerber Collision (St. Charles) for a straightforward repair. Instead, it spent nearly 2 months there and racked up over $6,000 in repair costs, only for me to receive it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. - Water leaks that never existed before - Loose and damaged trim - Broken interior parts - Poor paint quality and overspray - Incorrect windshield installation - Misaligned moldings - Damaged seals - Parts glued together instead of replaced - Unexplained mileage (70 miles driven while vehicle was being "fixed") I had to return the car multiple times, and each time the situation got worse. After all of that, the car ended up being declared a total loss, not because of the original accident, but because of the condition it was left in after their repeated failed repairs. I walked in with a repairable vehicle and left with one that was effectively destroyed. No customer should ever go through this. This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable had the work been done correctly. I highly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else.

  All around great experience! They were able to get my car fixed (whole new front end) in a timely manner, very professional & knowledgeable staff & on top of all that my car was detailed like a pro from top to bottom when i picked it up at no extra charge. Thank you so much!! You guys rock!
