  I will forever take my cars to CAL automotive. They were honest and let us know the reality of our engine codes and our options. They did everything in their power to help us with our cars and not only run codes, diagnose, and fix it, but double teamed to get it done so we could have it to drive to work the next day when parts were delayed.

  Most honest repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. I have an 2005 LX 470 that had a leak in the gas line a leak in the power steering pump and needed bearings. I brought my car to a couple other places that gave me quotes on the repairs, but when I took it to CAL They inspected it and told me I had extreme structural rust and the car probably wouldn’t last more than a year and that it wouldn’t be worth doing the expensive repairs on it. They could’ve easily just done the repairs and made money on it and not told me about the structural rust problem. Also, they didn’t charge me anything to look at the car. In the future if my car needs repairs I will definitely be going back to them.

  Car battery died overnight. Jump started it. Initial check indicated battery drain after shutdown. Took it to CAL, problem not seen next morning. They were very nice, said problem could be intermittent, described some causes, no charges. Location is somewhat obscured, behind a large car rental store, GPS found it. A good place for general automotive repair.

  If you have a foreign vehicle or any vehicle, Cal Automotive is the place to go. If you know anything about BMW you know something as simple as a new battery can be a pain if the car repair place doesn’t have the tools neccesssry to program your battery. I am so thankful to have an automotive repair place n St. Charles county which had the experience to work on both foreign and domestic cars. Check them out their good people

  While I never had actual auto body work performed there, I will say that the customer service and professionalism of their staff, particularly a gentleman named Cane, would be good enough reason for me to go there again if needed.
