  Customer service and the mechanics were really helpful and knowledgeable, the one thing I didn't like, is I paid almost double compared to the usual place I go. I went to valvoline because my usual place was closed in Sundays. Not willing to pay that price even with coupon it was Way Way Way to high priced

  Best place in Springfield to get your oil change! Spencer and Aiden were very helpful and did a great job at getting me in and out in a timely manner! A place full of knowledgeable and hard workers!

  Valvoline tried to sell me a battery when it didnt need replaced. Then they stripped the oil pan plug and let all the oil drain dry. Had to replace the oil pan. Filed a BBB complainy and taking them to court. Horrific experience. Do NOT recommend obviously.

  Do not go to this Valvoline instant oil change. They messed up my son's truck that I was driving and I had to take it to the mechanic to be fixed and that's not fair. They should have paid my son's bill not my son's. I'm not happy with there services. Lesson learned☹️ It's the Valvoline on Sunshine/Enterprise Lane Time you turn from Sunshine onto Enterprise Lanein Springfield Mo
