- FWFather Andrew WilliamsOct 8, 20265.0Both the employee and the manager were very kind and helpful. They walked me through every stage, explaining what they were doing and showing me the filter and such. The manager was named Fareed. Really a great experience.
- NWNick W.Oct 3, 20265.0Exceptional, fast service! Trea was very friendly in greeting us. Lindy and Fareed did a great job making sure the oil change was completed promptly and professionally. Great job Valvoline team!
- MDmark deatherageSep 29, 20265.0Fareed and Kyle went above and beyond what was expected to help me in a very sticky situation. My car was overheating, and I didn't know what to do, but they took the time to try and help me when most other places would push me out the door and refer me to a garage. I can't recommend them enough! What an amazing manager, they have in Fareed and employee like Kyle! This is truly the best store around for oil changes and assistance with your vehicle. I can't recommend them enough!
- ACAlisha CourtneySep 21, 20265.0They are the best fareed the manager took really good care of me They even checked my radiator which come to find out was full of grime and build up the water was brown .my van had been running hot.So for preventative care I highly recommend this team of people ,Fareed the manager was amazing and helped me with coupons which saved me money for a single mom who doesn't have a lot of extra cash.
- BPBryan PuleoSep 16, 20262.0Unfortunately, my experience was neutral at best. The staff were friendly, but there was some confusion about how to process my Groupon, even though I had the barcode ready to be scanned. I was also frustrated by the repeated attempts to upsell services I hadn’t requested. I understand that businesses offer additional services, but I would prefer a general question such as, “Is there anything else you’d like us to check today?” rather than being asked about each individual item. For example, I was asked whether they could check my air filters even though I had just replaced them. Overall, the experience felt somewhat disorganized, and I left unsure whether I would return.
