  I went to another mechanic shop, they told me it required many expensive repairs for my vehicle. I took it to Rick's received transportation both ways, great customer service. Instead of nailing me with another large charge, recommended I take it to Sheldon's for an exhaust leak repair. So grateful for the honesty and not another large bill with no answers. Thank you! You've earned a consistent new customer!

  Rick's was absolutely the best! We have a new Winnebago Naveon with a Mercedes chase. We were having trouble with it losing power. We were near Springfield and called Mercedes to ask them to look at it. We were told they only sell them they don't repair them.😮‍💨 They referred us to Rick's. They were great!!! When I called from the road I talked to Micah Blake. He was really nice and knowledgable. They weren't able to take us until the next day. Micah put us in a spot in back with an electric hookup for the night!! That was really nice... They took us first thing in the morning for diagnosis. It turned out to be a sensor. Micah said that they've had experience with that sensor failing and gave us the parts to try and get it covered under the warranty. By the way, Rick's was the nicest, cleanest and most helpful repair shop we've ever been in. After we left we again started having power loss problems. I called Micah again. He explained that after a sensor change like that the system would take a little while o reset itself. He was right. He called back a little later to check with us that it was working well. When we got to the Rockies it really struggled on the steep hills. I called Micah and he talked with one of their top mechanics. He relayed to us that Mercedes had changed their engines from 6 cylinders to 4 cylinders claiming somehow that gave them more horsepower. NOT. Micah called to check on us several more times I was very impressed that from the time of my first call for help to after we were through Colorado Micah stuck with us. That was really nice and comforting. Thanks Micah and Rick's you're the best👌 Carol and Mark

  Best service I’ve ever had with a shop. Here’s why: friendly, efficient, no upsells, and most importantly they made my car run like new again! A little pricey but solid work, so worth it! Will be a repeat customer!

  Absolutely love the service. They take customer needs very seriously. No tricks. Very detailed explanation on everything. Look for Micah! He is very thorough, nice and professional. Kept me updated on everything. They we're even able to order parts and get my van done 2 days earlier than planned. Very impressive!!! Absolutely recommend this place.

  This was my first experience with ricks. From start to finish they were very informative and helpful. I have to say that I will use them in the future. Not only did they get my truck fixed and back to me in a timely manner, they also gave me a fair price for the repairs as well. The problem i was having ended up not being what another mechanic had said was the original issue. Ricks diagnosed it, found the source of the problem, fixed it and got it back to me quickly. I will be bringing it back for future service as well as bringing my other vehicles to them! Highly recommended! Their reputation definitely precedes them! God Bless!
