  My daughter, a student at Missouri State University, got a flat tire, and I was so impressed by the service we received. They were able to schedule her for a same-day appointment, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The team got her back on the road quickly, which was a huge relief for this mom in O’Fallon, MO. Thank you for all your help! Highly recommend!

  I have an older truck needs a special alignment have to be turned down by other shops Keith was able to get me an appointment on Monday and make sure my truck was taken care of it was in and out in about an hour but I was at work so I didn't get to pick it up till the afternoon there's no problems absolutely great service !!

  I drove through one of the mini flash floods in Springfield (as any local would know about how those go)and flooded my engine, thus rendering it impossible to drive. I took it to Rick‘s automotive, and they took excellent care of me. They took care of the powertrain warranty and kept excellent notes to make sure that Dodge upheld their powertrain warranty. I wound up with a brand new engine. Ryan took care of everything. They also did a final alignment on my car and took it to the car wash to make sure that my car was in perfect working order and clean before they gave it back to me. I highly recommend Rick‘s Automotive.

  I’d never recomend them for anyone. I went in with a simple brake job, and told them multiple times my brake pads were worn out. They drove my car anyway and crashed it. Not only did they stop my car by throwing a tool box in front of it, but they tried giving me a bill for 3k. I took it somewere else and got them replaced for $900. Biggest scammers in the automotive industry. Real scumbags. Had they not openly admitted they drove my car and couldn’t get it to stop I probably never wouldn’t known. Hopefully someone sues them and they lose everything. I’ve also heard when you take cars in for routine work they go on fake finding missions to find additional problems. I’m a fairly conservative person, but they are the worsr people I’ve dealt with.

  Had a 8 o'clock appointment for an oil leak from a oil change from my service center. Took it back to my service center they said filter and drain plug were tight. Next day and a few after that their was oil under the car. Decided to try Rick's to have another set of eyes look at it. Got there before 8 o'clock, and said i would be waiting at 11 o'clock no word on car, walked the lot to look at the service bays didn't see car. Went back in to ask about car and had been there since 8 o'clock. Their had been miss communication some where along the line. They got right on it and a Rick's employee came and talked to me and apologized. They found the problem my center had put the wrong gasket back on the drain plug, Rick's put the right one on no more leaks problem solved. Went to check out Rick's didn't charge me anything. So your wondering would I use Rick's again yes even when it was my first time using them, were human we make mistakes, my complaint is I set their for three hours with no communication some of which was my fault for not asking sooner. Thank You Rick's for fixing my car.🙂🙂 God Bless
