  Arrived to Springfield Missouri with an hour drive to our stay. Was hoping to get the promised extended version of the wagoneer. which they stated they didn’t have any anymore causing us to cram all 7 of us and our luggage into the car. The smell in it was horrendous needing the windows cracked to actually breath. There was also a strange white substance inside the car too with a condom outside of the car when we walked up to it. Completely disgusting!

  As I landed they canceled the truck I had rented, they really don't hold to their word.

  Nothing says fun like showing up to your vacation with a rental car reserved only to be told there are no rental cars, and the best you could expect was one in 3 days. Not good customer service at all. Was told by the other rental car counter that they have been doing this for 2 months
