  As I landed they canceled the truck I had rented, they really don't hold to their word.

  Nothing says fun like showing up to your vacation with a rental car reserved only to be told there are no rental cars, and the best you could expect was one in 3 days. Not good customer service at all. Was told by the other rental car counter that they have been doing this for 2 months

  Great experience. Car was spotless inside and out. Low mileage. Ran like a dream. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

  National cars are always clean, new in appearance and without issues. The Emerald club allows pick up without waiting on line. I have had poor experience with other agencies when National was not available and will only rent from National when they are available.

  Had a perfect experience here. The rental car type we reserved was available and we got to choose between 3 models. There was a line, but once a 2nd employee stepped up to the counter, it moved fast. The car was clean and pretty new and drop off was easy and not pressured.
