  Got a call seven minutes before I boarded my plane and was told my reservation was canceled because they didn’t have a car and would not have one for several days. Reminded me of Seinfeld - “See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them!”

  Was in Missouri for my Mom’s funeral, I did a one way from MO to CA, and was quoted $538 for a midsize SUV AWD than an Economy size car. It was not until I got the bill for $1,973.41 that I found out in “the small print” that the SUV was an additional .40 cents per mile!! …but “Pick Any Car” they told me!!

  Arrived to Springfield Missouri with an hour drive to our stay. Was hoping to get the promised extended version of the wagoneer. which they stated they didn’t have any anymore causing us to cram all 7 of us and our luggage into the car. The smell in it was horrendous needing the windows cracked to actually breath. There was also a strange white substance inside the car too with a condom outside of the car when we walked up to it. Completely disgusting!
