So glad these guys are here doing what they do. I called around town in need a affordable, quick and reliable service. These guys nailed it. Travis was awesome. He was honest and straight forward. Getting two front tires taken care of in such a small widow of time is a hard thing to ask. Travis made the whole process super easy and my day was a total success because of it. Looking back I can't imagine things going any better. These guys deserve some recognition and I would suggest them to anyone looking for smooth sailing.

Even though they were very busy they let me know where they were in the process of fixing my tires. They took the time to show me what was wrong with my tire and went over all my options for replacing and answered the many questions i had.

Absolutely fantastic service that puts the interest of the customer first. Brought in a flat tire and originally thought I was going to have to purchase a new tire. Upon further inspection they found the tire was perfectly good inside despite outward appearance. Saved me a couple hundred dollars.

I cane to Mitchem as a recommendation from another store... Sam And Travis Were amazing to work with and Made me feel Safe and Confident in their abilities... They were able to work With Me Financially and were very kind... As A Woman going to them by myself I'll definitely recommend to all my Female Friends... Thank You Sam and Travis for Your Understanding and Work and to all the Guys that Made today doable... I'll be back to finish the rest of the work... Today I got The outer tie rods replaced 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Let's start off by saying I'm a terrible driver I get it I drive every car that I have into the ground basically so when my Kia optima started to drag or feel like it was dragging the only place I could think of was mitchum not only if they helped me in the past but they've helped my husband my whole family they even made my son's first car safe and sound so Mama could deal with it they didn't try to tell me that something that they can fix what's wrong with my car they told me where I could take it and what might be wrong with it anytime I have a problem of any sort I go there first and they will always tell me if they can fix it and if they can't they'll recommend somebody my whole family is safer because they're around!!
