  Walked in on saturday morning asking for 2 vehicle safety inspections. Squeezed me in-between repairs. Each took about 15 minutes. Friendly service, professional staff. No complaints. Clean showroom. Watched staff interact with other customers. They appear knowledgeable and straightforward with customer.

  Very pleasant and accommodating people to work with and was timely in getting our vehicle done. We are very pleased and will continue to use Mitchem Tire on East Kearney.

  The staff here ended up saving the day. They were helpful, quick to jump in, and actually took the time to make sure I got exactly what I came for, which was a huge relief after striking out multiple times earlier. That said, I have to admit the experience had a slightly awkward moment. When I mentioned I’d already been to three other stores, there was a bit of laughter about it. I get that it might’ve sounded a little ridiculous, and maybe they didn’t mean anything by it—but in the moment, it felt like my frustration was being brushed off rather than understood. Still, despite that, their help made a big difference. I walked out with what I needed, and that’s what mattered most. A little more empathy would’ve made the experience perfect, but I do appreciate that they ultimately came through when I needed it.

  These guys do it right. The best customer care I’ve ever experienced. They are priced right and do what they say.
