  100% my new go to tire place! Affordable and amazing service. I had been here once before when a friend was getting their tire changed and so after I stupidly hit a curb and messed up my tire it’s the first place I could think of to go. I am so glad I did! Everyone was really friendly, patient, and understanding that I was a little stressed. My friends were shocked at how little I paid. What really stuck out about my experience was that due to the unexpected circumstances I had my dogs with me in the car at the time who don’t really like people and Mitchem went so far as to change my tire outside so that my dogs could stay comfortable instead of having me stand outside with them while they fixed it. That was beyond regular customer service for me and I greatly appreciated it. I will come again (hopefully with less urgency and 0 dogs in the car) and continue to recommend them.

  We were at the beginning of our 12 hour drive and noticed a tire sensor issue. We stopped here since it was the closest tire shop to us. Our tires ended up being a 10+psi difference from front to back (thanks walmart🙄). They immediately helped us due to our circumstances and were very friendly. Great management and great service.

  I dropped in on a Saturday because my tire pressure warning continued to come on, and I also got a scary warning, "turn your engine off and check your coolant," when it was like 105 degrees the day before. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and attentive. Got a text that my car was ready. They patched my tire (nail of course) and topped off my coolant. No high-pressure "you also need an air filter and yada yada" like I'm used to getting. $25 in and out. Thank you for not trying to oversell me!
