  I stopped by first thing on a Monday morning, indicated that I wanted TPMS’ replaced, and to check a tire for a leak and structural integrity, and to check my car’s wheel suspension. My service advisor was courteous, listened attentively, and promptly came back with cost estimates for approval. I saved a fair amount of money from going to the dealer and getting OEM sensors. The shop was swamped, but I got out in 2 1/2 hours - - very reasonable!

  Purchased wheels and tires for husband's truck. The team took the time to go over all of the options with us, even before we had settled on whether we were going to use them. Very friendly and professional. Between that, the great price, and the comfortable environment, it was a no brainer. Plus the truck has never looked better! 10/10 recommend!!!

  My car tire picked up a screw in Springfield while coming from a doctors appointment & was loosing air. MITCHEM was the closest & were so helpful. They got us back on the road home in a reasonable amount of time. So glad we stopped there.

  My wife and I were about to be discharged from the hospital after having our first child when I discovered the alternator had gone out in my car. Mitchem was able to get it fixed same day so we could still make it home an hour away. They made it happen even unexpectedly on a Friday. I could not recommend them enough.

  Awesome local business, they do great work, and are honest. They have been in business in Springfield for years. The only place I go. Always recommend to friends. Also was once employed here years ago and they are good to their employees. Thank you Mitchem Tire and Wheel.
