  Mitchem on S. Campbell did so good with my car's ac. It's been out for 3 years, and I didn't think I would be able to afford to get it fixed. However after talking to JoJo, he broke it down for me and convinced me to bring my car in. He did such a good job on it for me. Everyone there was so nice and easy to talk to, and the waiting area was clean and peaceful. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I highly recommend Mitchem.

  The servicemen and women were all so kind and thoughtful as well as thorough. When I asked questions I got complete answers that I could understand. My service was done in a timely fashion and my car drives great after Mitchem Tire fixing it!!

  My daughter's vehicle had a flat tire. The vehicle was towed to Mitchem & they had it fixed in short order. They were friendly & didn't try to upsell a new tire when the tire just needed patched. We'll definitely come here for our tire needs in the future.

  Have only been a couple of times, but whenever I am there, the staff are always kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. They charge reasonable prices (for my oil change at least!) and the mechanic team knows what they are doing. Definitely recommend.

  While on vacation in Springfield, MO, attending the annual Route 66 festival in my vintage car, I had a tire fail due to age. I called Mitchem at 4:00PM on Friday explaining my situation and the need to purchase tires to continue the Route 66 tour. The tire I needed was a specific make and size, not kept in stock by tire stores. Mitchell was awesome. Checked the availability of the tires with their local supplier, had them delivered the next morning and installed around noon. With 4 new tires, specific for my classic, my wife and I were back on the road singing the praises of the personal, friendly attention given our unplanned tire emergency. I recommend this tire store for their highly professional friendly customer service.
