  What a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to—I even ended up chatting with the advisor about The Wizard of Oz, which says a lot about how comfortable they made the experience. Everything was transparent, with no surprises or pressure. After a disappointing visit at Big-O on Republic Road, the difference here was clear—Mitchem truly stands out for its service and customer care.

  Had road force valance done on four wheels, no more high speed vibrations. Would have liked to been able to make an appointment cause the wait was somewhat long

  I bring all my vehicles here for basic oil change & tire rotation. They are always so helpful, reasonably priced & quick turn around. Love the new toyo tires they recommended for my vehicle!

  I have been going to Mitchem for the last 15-20 years for routine maintenance. Always a good experience. Great staff & never try to squeeze more out of you. Recently had them do a lift with new wheels & tires on a new truck. Mason & Cory spent extra time with me trying to make sure it came out the way I wanted. Could not be happier with the results. Great place and great folks!

  Only place in town I’ll go from now on! I cannot thank Mason and Janice enough! I had 2 TPMS sensors installed at a different location and they were not reset or calibrated at that location. After wasting my time and money at the Honda dealership I brought it to this particular Mitchem. Mason was beyond understanding of my situation and did his best to fix/resolve my issue in a super polite and professional manner. Even though we were unable to resolve my issue that day I left knowing they tried all avenues to help me out, and was super appreciative of their time and hospitality! I later replaced the TPMS module on my own and brought it back to see if they could re program my TPMS sensors, Janice volunteered immediately to help me out, I was pretty shocked to see how fast she hopped up to help me, allowing her other co worker to take calls and help other customers. After taking my car around the block she informed me with a smile that my issue was resolved and handed me back my keys! The teamwork and hospitality of this particular Mitchem is unmatched I would not recommend anywhere else in town!
