However the only time I can count on freshly brewed tea is when this blonde lady is working during the day shift. Otherwise it is murky and bitter tasting. When the guys are in charge, it's never fresh brewed. So disappointed.

I walked straight to the soda machine got my drink and walked straight to the counter never stopped at the counter with lids and straws because I already had a lid and straw on the cup I brought in. She was rude and to be honest if she would have been off her phone and paying attention maybe she would see what was going on maybe do her job and not be so hateful to customers
