  I was in Springfield on a short business trip and needed a tire patched and a balance. I came in a little after noon and they took my car straight back, and got me patched up and my tires balanced. It was the quickest service, in and out in less than 15 minutes. The young man that did my service was very polite and gave some advice about other things he noticed I may want to get checked out in the future. No up selling, just factual “look out for this.” If I was ever back in the area I would absolutely go back. So glad this was where I ended up!

  Every place else seemed to be out of the lawn mower tire that I needed except for these guys. Great price and had it installed in 30 minutes and I was out the door.

  Im new to the area and a friend of mine recommended them. First thing, I walk in and a customer is getting attitude from a tire tech. Customer turns and walks away with his head down mumbeling to himself, saying, "it was just a question". I finally found my way up front (exterior door was locked) I asked the lady to order me a couple tires. Total was going to be over $800. Thankfully I had her write down a quote on a business card cause when I got home I decided to compare prices but I noticed she had quoted and ordered the wrong tires. I asked for at3 version cause I wanted all 4 tires to match. She ordered at4 without mentioning it and they wouldn't have matched. Apparently it's next to impossible for me to locate the tires I needed and thats why I went to a professional tire shop and was willing to pay $800+ for just two tires. So I gave up and ordered from tire rack. They are not the same tire obviously but they are Coopers and are $300 less for the pair. Idk for sure if the lady had tried to stick it to me on purpose but none the less, in my experience, it's best I get my tires elsewhere. But if your in a pinch, I guess they will do.
