- ASAmanda SheetzMay 8, 20262.0They are always friendly but when I took my car that had zero leaks in for an oil change… when I got home I realized it is now leaking oil. I tried to see if they can make sure they didn’t strip the seal or over fill it… they just went in and tried to find more issues with my car to fix. That’s fine and all because it is their job and how they make money but I am incredibly upset that I left with such a bad leak. It’s been two months with a leak now and I get to go spend money I don’t have to find out what’s wrong now. Seems like a crazy coincidence to go in just fine and leave with a leak but hey, I’m just a woman what do I know. Also when we came to pick up my car they had taken out my air filters without calling and asking first. What if I didn’t have the 100 to replace the filters. I’m just so upset and wish they would take the time to fix the issue without making it a whole other issue just trying to get money from me. I’ll never go back. This happened to me with an oil change at Acura in spfd and they fixed the leak the next week. What did jiffy lube do?? Refuse any responsibility and Said I need a new timing belt. Well if I do they won’t be the ones to fix it. Never going back
