I'm told the equipment should be there at any time and to make an appointment for 2:30 p.m. that afternoon. I receive a call at 12:30 and am told that there has been a cancellation and I can come in early for installation. Show up early per their cancellation and then promptly told that the equipment has not yet arrived. I asked them why in the world would they call me to come in early knowing that they did not have the intoxalock equipment for the installation? I received dumb, blank stares in response. I was assured by intoxalock rep that my installation would be $75 when I finally got the thing installed, they charged me $100. Not pleased with the installers nor intoxalock. After several calls and emails I was told that the additional $25 overcharge for the quoted installation price would be refunded to my intoxalock account in roughly 30 minutes. Was told it could be easily verified on my app. That was 3 days ago and still no refund to my intoxalock balance. Basically a combo platter of mediocrity liberally sprinkled with complete ineptitude.
