  Was recently at the E sunshine location a they were real nice Javion .B was cool guy he approached me an asked if he could clean my mats for me I really appreciated that and Grace .J she was a nice lady as well she brought my mats back to me and she was really sweet to my daughter

  I have been to glide express on sunshine once before, and I have never experienced customer service like I did today. I just moved, and have found it very hard to find friendly people, until today. FINALLY, young adults going above and beyond. I took a very filthy car in and when it came out, I found that the dirt was CAKED ON. I was in the middle of cleaning it off when Javion came over and offered to spray my tires because he noticed they didn’t get cleaned, I showed him the hood of the car and he agreed that it looked like it was not washed. He checked with Anna to see if I could run the car in again, at no cost, and Anna came to check the car. To my surprise, she grabbed a towel and started cleaning with me, she cleaned the entire roof! Mind you, it was 80• out today. She informed me about the specials and the benefits of having a membership, which I plan to go back for, and overall both of them were incredible and I’m a customer for life. Thank you to everyone today!

  A bit of a struggle during this experience. First we were up sold on a wash to “get all the bugs off the windshield and front bumper”. Which sounded great but as we went through a few brushes didn’t even touch the car and no bugs were removed from any place. When we went back around to talk with attendees we were then blamed for not being centered. We were told it couldn’t get a good reading of the width and length of the car and that’s why the bugs in the middle of our windshield were not cleaned. So they let us go through again. Making sure to line us up perfectly. Of course this still did not get the bugs removed from anywhere. We didn’t go back through a third time because I’m sure we would hear how it was once again “our fault”.

  Javion I can say helped me with all I need as well as showing me a scanner for a membership and a free wash glider is my favorite Carwash but it’s hard to come across some communication sometimes n when I showed up today Javion was their to help

  I can not say enough good things about this car wash I’ve had a membership for almost a year and every single employee I’ve encountered has always been so kind and smiling. Today I brought my husbands work truck in to clean and I’ve just had hand surgery on my left hand so it was a slow process but I was blessed with the help of a young man named Javion B. He didn’t know when he asked if he could help how much I really did need it . Thanks so much
