  I’ve always been impressed with Glide Express, but today’s experience required a review. While I was drying my vehicle, David walked up to every patron, including me, asking if he could clean our floor mats. I’ve never had anyone ask me to do this at any car wash. This wasn’t a quick rinse. David made every effort to ensure they were spotless. They look brand new! In a time when people like to air their negative experiences, this gesture deserves a positive review. Thanks David for going above and beyond.

  David went above and beyond to make sure I felt wanted and valued he took the time to talk to me about my car wash experience noticed my floor mats offered to clean them (they are weathertech and really soiled). I vacuumed the car and didn't realize he was doing them by hand out of the kindness of his heart this is something that I would only expect the owner to do and to have an employee do this speaks volumes to not only the company but to the heart of the employee. If glide does anything please recognize his efforts and he truly holds the core values of Fast Clean and a Memorable Experience!

  Glide Express is my favorite car wash. I drive past 5 others just to go here. I love the towels and the table of free cleaners they have for you to use on Sundays. I try to make it every Sunday. David is always friendly and very helpful. I signed up for a my first carwash membership today because he and Glide Express are great!! Highly recommend!

  This is a really great car wash! I love to keep my car clean so I’ve tried many car washes. This is the first one that has so many amenities for you to use! They have a variety of sprays, clean rags, air dusters and even a basin sink where you can scrub rubber mats. David was super helpful in showing me around all the tools they had for use and the girl who helped me sign up (sorry I didn’t get her name) was amazing as well!

  (Made this review within the first couple weeks of June) This is likely the best store that I’ve visited in Springfield! Super friendly service the manager even walks around offering to clean floor mats. (Updating July2nd) It won’t let me reply to your company reply, but unfortunately you guys decided to terminate the manager that was super helpful to the extent he was walking around cleaning customers floor mats. Now there’s a manager that just stands there and doesn’t offer any help or even a friendly conversation. I’ve since left this car wash and went to another where I would receive the same friendly service and helpful management. Also, I asked another member why that lead was let go on my most recent visit cause he was phenomenal so I genuinely wanted a better understanding. It was for customer complaints (which would be understandable if they even were credible lmao) one of those two complaints was cause he wouldn’t keep the brushes on on a giant jeep (they’re supposed to be retracted on bigger vehicles if you’re reading this and don’t know but if you’ve got a bigger car like myself, you know) And told him he would speak to the manager that was said broke those rules for them, and offer it the next time to offer the same experience across the washes. But for now he was going to do it the way he was SUPPOSED to. How’re yall gonna let someone go for following YOUR HANDBOOK? But because Stephanie does it at her store he was supposed to. I take employee care very seriously and feel it’s unfair and unreasonable to lose such a valuable person that took such great care of customers for simply following the rules he was supposed to.
