The car is always dry when it comes out from the car wash and the people here are very nice today and a man named David helped me and went and got the tire shine stuff for me and helped me a lot I appreciated it. He was very nice. Keep up the good work.

However, the woman doing the transaction offered us a membership, we declined and said we’d like to do the $10 one. Her response was, “Okay, that’s just a little bit of soap and water, no brushes.” We said that was okay. And it simply was not true. The brushes literally moved our mirrors back and forth. It was very rough! We both wondered if maybe we were charged for the wrong one because it was just a lot. I don’t appreciate being lied to about what we are getting to try and upsell. It’s weird. We won’t be back.

The vacuums work great as well. I also like that clean free rags are available for us to use. The car wash lot is always clean, and the employees are always nice & welcoming. I leave with a great experience each time. Thank you!
