  You all were great from the start! I was lucky enough to have Matthew as my go-to guy. He was very proactive with communication, and I'm very satisfied with the work done on my car. I want to thank the actual service people who did the work, and made my car look brand new, as it was before the hail damage! I also want to thank a reception. I came in the day of the Hail storm, and even though you were bombarded with anxious people, you were very pleasant and handled everything like a pro! Thank you! I would highly recommend their services!

  Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. Repairs were quick and they returned my vehicle clean, having washed and vacuumed it. I would definitely use this garage again. Highly recommend!

  Not sure if their actual work quality, because no work has started, but in terms of communication, knowing their systems, timelines and customer service, it is not what I expect from the second largest body shop franchise in the country. My car has been there for four days and i have had to call twice, and even though I called, I still have no idea what the timeline is and neither do they. The vague answer of “soon” is the only thing i have to go on at this time. Hopefully next week I will get better information.

  Cannot recommend this place enough post MVA. They communicate amazingly well. I was out of town when vehicle repairs were completed and Matthew offered a drop off at my home. Hopefully I'm never involved in an accident again but, if I am, I will come straight back to Gerber. On a side note, my truck returned shinier than she was brand new. Class.
