    I work for a large carrier. We ONLY fuel at pilot/flying J. I also only sleep at pilot/flying J since I fuel, shower and eat there. Well, this morning at 4am I was sleeping (had my alarm set for 4:30 to make nearby delivery) when I heard a violent banging on the side of my vehicle. I jumped up as quick as I could but did not see anyone. I got dressed and stepped outside and saw a customer so I asked if someone was banging on my door and he said “It was the security guard dressed like Rambo”. I never seen the security guard but either way, he could had knocked more politely and at least waited for me to tell me what the issue was (none that I’m aware of). Very disrespectful and unprofessional experience. It needs to be addressed. To my knowledge, I am allowed to sleep at all flying J’s for a reasonable amount of time. I was not in the way, I was properly parked etc etc. And yes, I filled up here before parking and sleeping. It’s sad you have security but the only threat is the security guard.

    I Came into this store to send my paperwork off to my employer, and get a pizza and fountain drink. Left after sending the paperwork with only the fountain drink. I had planed on purchasing a whole pizza with light sauce due to issues with overly sauced pizzas, asked the person behind the counter for my request, to which he went to ask the deli personnel, and returned to inform me that they have couldn't make it to my order even though I was purchasing the entire pizza. I can understand if I only wanted 2 slices, but no, I was told that I couldn't have a whole pizza, made to my specifications. If you have dietary restrictions over any ingredients on your own pizza, don't try ordering it from this location, they will not even attempt to be the least bit accommodating.

    Too many trucks. No parking ever. Everything costs $23 to park otherwise you're getting towed from the company right across the street. Do not patronize this Pilot.

    Travellers AVOID this shitty stop🤧…the parking within a fuel island is ONLY up to 4:00am morning time…the security is round about like a snake 🐍 pulling you out of rest to get you INFORMED 🤝🫡🫵🥳🥳🥳

    The security guard was very rude—he showed up at 5 am and started banging on all the vans! All my vans and trucks fill up at PILOT/Flying J gas stations, but this one is now on the blacklist!
